QUESTION: (I know this might be a technical question and not gonna be answered in the video but i am gonna take my chances here)
So hi, i am parth and i am coming to georgian college barrie campus in may intake computer programming course. I have just completed my schooling and i have a working knowledge in python, c++ and DSA. But, my course involves basic frontend stuff too. Since gursahib bhaiya is working in a similar profile, i would love some insights on how he used to manage learning those skills for getting his IT job along with part-time jobs and college.
ALSO, whats the IT job market situation nowadays and whether it might be possible to get an IT job after completion of my studies for students coming after 12th

Canadian mortgage rates are absurd these days.. fluctuating from 7 to 8.5% .. it's almost at par with India.now
it is 5-6%, 7-8.5% is in USA not in Canada.

Quick question; if student's College is starting mid January 2023 then are they obliged to file taxes that year or will they be eligable to file taxes next year 2024?

If a house costs 1 million, he needs to put 20% (200k) down to avoid buying mortgage insurance.
Also, Canada does not have 15 yr and 30 yr fix rate mortgages.
5-yr fixed mortgage is the norm. There is risk if mortgage rate is volatile.
