Have you ever been caught out by a property guru?
Nearly was, but luckily I emailed the 'company' to enquire about hours of their course. Once I heard that the first day alone ran from 09:00-23:00🤯 I said nooooooooo thanks!
Yes, Samuel Leeds 😡😡😡 £2000 down the drain for nothing. And he was still trying to sell me his academy bullshit for £12k. But never again!! All the information is out there, free of charge. I’ve learned more by books and internet search than in 3 days with that clown 🤡 Samuel Leeds. Lesson learned, if it’s too good to be true, than IT DEFINITELY IS

Love this video and love the property hub. I wish I found this video 4 years ago. That said I don’t regret spending my money on a ‘guru’ course as I have been able to meet a lot of great people because of it. I love what you guys do keep it it up!

Wow! This is the best TH-cam video that I have ever watched, seriously. So thank you so much guys for making it! Awesome! I already had some reservations towards them before this video, especially down to the fact that they seem to only talk about the good stuff within property, but what about the problems? They make it look like they barely exist, are just some sort of small things to just bear in mind. However, this video clearly exposed them much further and hit their flaws (nails) in the head.
So glad you've enjoyed the video! Yeah, always beware of any guru who claims to be an expert but shies away from the realities of investing... while we're not saying they should be doom and gloom, they still need to recognise that it's not always smooth-sailing 24/7.
Fact nr 9 - most property Gurus probably make more money from their seminars than from property investments.

SUCH good advice. I was caught believing everything you've talked about here and lost a lot of money. I already had a small portfolio BUT THOUGHT I MUS BE DOING IT ALL WRONG !! so signed up. Ten years later I'm still chugging along with my small portfolio and VERY glad I've stuck with it. Rob and Rob thanks for all your sensible advice. Wish I'd come across you guys first !

That was Great been going to Masterinvester and UK Invest for 16 yrs. Done well well better than most but you Invest over your lifetime and it is a lifestyle.And that is the way to go when you see it is improving your life you are moving up the ladder it is just getting up that first four rungs and not slipping back to the first one.

Brilliant video guys, you are really helping people save a fortune by not following these fake gurus (Furus). It's also important not to make this video as an excuse as to not start investing and getting educated. Get started go and see the 100 houses or phone 100 estate agents a week and you will probably have more success than paying for a course. You have to do what everyone can't or won't do in order to succeed. It will take a long time in property as the boys said. Well done for the video it's amazing.
