Guys, could you explain how a new investor can immediately choose the right strategy? After all, everything comes with experience. How can I know which strategy is best for me? What if I first decide to rent the rooms by night, and then becouse of Covid, it turns out that it is more profitable to simply rent for a long time (since the tenant turned out to be good :) They say that you can see the next step only after you make the first. And thanks for your work!
I think what are they are getting up is work with the end mind. Figure out first what your objective is, if/how property can help you meet that objective, and then what is the best strategy to achieve it.
Thanks guys really good video .I agree with everything you said .Do you think its best to have landlord home care insurance like British gas 25 pound a month cheers
Have you got any no-go tips of your own to share with property investors?

Hi can you please help.. would i need a commercial or buy to let mortgage on my hmo unlicensed property? Any advice plz?
If it’s unlicensed you shouldn’t be letting it out, so many irresponsible landlords out there
No point getting stresed out over thinigs you cant contorl. I found doing meditation has helped with that :)
Good info, but I wish you didn't have this arrogant tone when explaining things.
