Out with the NEW Arrma Kraton 8s EXB RTR! What an amazing truck this is and for the price point you get everything you need to bash hard! This truck has plenty of get up and go especially if you gear up a little and go max punch on the ESC. I was surprised by the overall durability of this rig! Only break was a rear rod end and center brace rod end.
HUGE props to @ARRMARC for their innovation and thriving to make these rc's better and better to meet the hard bashers standards!

That thing is a mfing boss. This kind of driving is what makes the bashing world seem totally sensible as opposed to literally bashing them into hard obstacles intentionally that will obviously break them. I want to turn one of these things into some kind of FPV monster one day. All of the tuning necessary to make it possible is truly impressive considering it's physically hard to have something drive well with a tuned suspension while also being able to soften a 25ft+ landing without total destruction.

Very impressed with the power delivery with their v2 8s lineup. Some M2C brace ends seem to be a must. But with a 30+lb machine, it’s to be expected. This, or the O8sV2 is a definite contender for my next rig.

Love both my outcast 8s exb and my Kraton 8 EXB I live in a desert area I miss my 6s fleet but these 8s crush my terrain a lot better I love them worth every penny arrma is truly the best in the game anyone on the fence getting this car it’s worth versus the 6exb I had it I say this one is better of course if you can afford both even better but to me the king is 8s lol plus no one is going to bash as hard as you you bro and it handled your style well thanks again for your videos I look forward to more content if you choose to do so ! Hope all is well :)

Awesome bash here brother Eric.... it's just amazing what Arrma is done with these rigs everybody complained when the RTR came out about some slight tweaks that are needed to make. Then they came out with the EXB and everybody said "well this is what the RTR should have been".... so Arrma goes ahead and takes all the EXB stuff slams it into the RTR FOR THE SAME PRICE and people still complain it's just hilarious.
The Arrma 8s Line are best in class right now no debate, no Fanboy talk here just The Realist..... I still like the plastics durability in the arms on the Xmaxx & XTR but longevity, power train, electronics, handling Air/Ground Arrma just dominates,

Try fiberglass 1/2" wide tape wrapped around the turnbuckle end and do a few wraps slowly adding CA glue. It will last longer than just about anything else.

Having driven both the new Outcast n now the Kraton.. what’s the main difference bet the two mate.. I’m deciding which to get.. Ths a lot .. yr videos are always awesome
Well the Outcast is more of a stunt Flippin wheelie machine! The Kraton covers ground better and more of a drivers car and jumps nice! Both are awesome for sure!

How you compare the power to say a hobbywing max5 and a hobbystar 980kv?
I run this 👍🏻. Big power . I don't remember my gearing at the moment. But I don't run high gears. Rather run cool.
A Max 5 and 980 would probably have a bit more torque but also heavier. Tis trcuk was plenty fast and powerful for me in these days. It was very controllable which I like! If the electronics ever burn up I may go another route then!

Thanks! I got around 20 mins but I stopped a few times to stage shots. I like 8000mah its a decent runtime without adding a ton of weight to the truck. A good median.

Durability hands down the V2 8s! Either one. The Outcast is more for flips, wheelies and stunts and the Kraton just flat rips and jumps nice! Imo the Xmaxx is a pile of crap that needs $$$$ of upgrades!
