Thank you for this review. I have not read the book. You mentioned a part of it reminding you of The Death of Vivek Oji; my heart still sinks when I think about Vivek. I don't know if I am ready to have my heart broken again.

First Comment, I should frame this I am so excited to be entering a new platform on this Kgosi Bookshelf Journey. So… It is not as sad as the death of Vivek Oji, I feel like with Vivek, Akwaeke would not let us forget that Vivek died. With this book, read it for nostalgia, it’s a throwback to our childhood, especially us 90s/late 80s kids :) What should I review next?
