3:45 this is the PowerJet. Basically, at high RPM fuel climbs up this small pink hose and gets sprayed directly into the air intake. My OKO PWK26 has it too. The screw allows you to adjust how much fuel you want to be sprayed. For me it works just as fine without the PowerJet.
Is the jet supposed to move when it’s in place or stay locked in because I can slide mine out and my bike works fine I’m just tuning because it bogs at 2 gear and is fine after that
Good deal bro 👍👍👍... I have 2 of these that work flawlessly... I'm going to install one of these on my YD 100...and the other one is on my phantom 85.... Very good carburetor for the price
With my experience with them they actually run really good haven’t had for a long time but a few months minor tuning and it runs amazing especially for 35$
When I got mine I felt like it was better quality than a mikuni or dellorto. Better case comes with extra an extra needle and two extra jets. I just go a 21 mm for a 70 cc. I almost went with a 19 but I like bigger carbs. But for a 70 cc it should be perfect might loose a little gas efficiency but ill top out at 63 65 mph on my kitted moped
@@skiivisualz5700 mine was surprisingly good, but it is kind of a hit or miss with these. Its not the best for fine tuning, i always just had it set a little rich just to be safe. If you have a high revving engine with high end racing parts honestly buy a real carburettor.
@@jeffrey5582 ahhhhh, i just ordered this today to try it out. I have the mhr replica 70cc with yasuni r and italkit inner rotor Phbg 21mm. Will order an official carburetor this week from maxi scoot. I was also thinking it's about your luck with these
@@jeffrey5582 not true, its easy to fine tune it but u gotta know how to do it. you got enough jets for it. powerjet for high rpm’s. gas needle height. air screw. and there are enough videos on yt how to tune them. i learned it by my self because Tuning is my hobby and job aswel.
Well I was surprised to find this video I've been looking at these carburetors also I have an Ice Bear champion 125cc it's a CT70 clone You probably know what I'm talking about what size carburetor do you think I should go with? I don't want to overcarborate.24mm or 26mm?
Never buy one of these Maikuni brand carburetors and especially the black model. The paint of the black one is not even fuel proof and comes off in your fuel bowl like plastic film and blocks up everything but also there is no spare parts for these carbs and as they are copied of a branded carb the internal sizes are not the same and other brands do not fit so steer clear of this brand.

Damn mine had a small dent in the meteal box but yours looked like they played soccer with it
it sure did lol
Lol

Any updates on how it has held up after a year of use?
Good deal, tested 3:
2 24mm over a year and work fine
1 30mm also very good even for small tuning
Turned my minibike into a beast!

@@ewerxx8249 what jetting did you like best
I also build a pwk 21mm on my driving beerbox but it's way to rich.
After a while the paint in the inside melts a clogs the carb, after a year of good riding its crap but great for the price
All good biz you are rite them carbs are good and do the trick for the price brapp💯💯✌️
It's a boost jet... Dude
I was thinking of changing my dr200 carb out I'm thinking 32mm for it

What are the 2 extra fuel ports on top for?
drain hoses. yea 2 of them
That 45$ not bad lmaoooo 🤣
Would a 21mm work on a stock 50cc or is it overkill
I think it will work my pocket bike (50cc) also runs on a 21mm carb
does you ct70 have 2 fuel lines coming from it? like a main fuel line and a reserve line? if so, how do you attach it to the carb?
You're supposed to have a switch where the two lines will go into and then splits to one for the carb
@@BIZMOTO oh really? My old carb had the petcock on it instead of it being seperate
@@thijshuiberts2604 yes some carbs are built that way

yes i think that would be fine
Any idea where to get installation instructions I have looked everywhere
