The WORLD'S FIRST pro burnout series. BURNOUT MASTERS goes NATIONAL at Summernats 24, 2011.

Australia's world famous BURNOUT MASTERS competition started in 2004. It was originally restricted to a select few competitors turning tyres at the annual Canberra event "Summernats". However in 2010, then Summernats co-owner Dom McCormack took this extreme motorsport to the next level - creating a first ever national burnout competition to culminate as a professional grand final held at Australia's capital in 2011.
Via a series of pro burnout events around the nation, competitors from all corners of the country could now qualify in their home state or territory and earn their place on an elite stage at the "big dance", a crème de la crème of burnout events aptly named the "Burnout Masters".
In years to come, the competition would expand internationally to include cars from New Zealand and tour throughout the USA. Nowadays, Burnout Masters is also a multi-player game for smart devices where burnout fans of all ages can build their own rides and compete against each other. Or drive the legendary cars of their Burnout Masters heroes past and present.
