      Could you all share how you reset the airbag error code? I have a standard reader that just spits out code, it is not detecting an error. However after removing and installing my airbag light is on

    Do we need to disconnect battery first?

    • @tehnicalife
      @tehnicalife  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, read the warning at the beginning of the video and in the description it says that you should disconnect the battery first.

    My horn is not working. I check the fuse and the relay but the horn will not sound. It will if I lock or unlock or even the panic button. But will not work is I press the horn.

      if you disassembled the steering wheel, check whether you connected the grounding wire correctly. Black wire.
      In cases where the horn does not work, there can be many things:
      Faulty horn,
      Defective steering coil,
      Faulty relay,
      Defective fuse,

      @@tehnicalife thanks for the fast reply. I had just bought the Fit the last day of December. So I haven’t had to use the AC till today. I started looking under the hood and found out both the AC pressure switch and horn was disconnected. Plug them back up and both are working now. I guess who ever had it last did some work on it and forgot to plug in the AC pressure switch and horn back up.

    Didn't need a puller tool to remove the steering wheel?

    Removed my wheel to wrap it and my airbag light is on.

    • @tehnicalife
      @tehnicalife  ปีที่แล้ว

      you probably did not disconnect the battery before removing it. If you connected everything back properly, you can cancel the error via obd 2 or you have a lot of videos how to reset on youtube
