@GreenAquaShop here's your puddles explanation guys ;) - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
I still think this one deserves no 1! The mirror creating the illusion of the water is fantastic! It created such a fairyland feel! I think the fishes would be grateful to stay in this fairyland for their whole life! 😀
Great work, wish there were more channels like this going super in depth into aquascapes :)
Thanks Kevin! :D
I absolutely agree Kevin!
Wow! Great work! The way you use mirror to create the pool effect is really amazing!
Those kind of efforts that takes a part the Champions from the rest of us 😂. You are Crazy, but a genious! 😂 Amazing!

@@SteveScapesYT hey steve.. One doubt.. Over pumice u have all sand.. No soil..
Fantastic explanation, thinking out of the box is one of the most fun parts of scaping! I have a couple ideas myself!
Go for it!
Impressive tank dude! Just beautiful!
Thanks for watching!
Very nice
Good idea

Man I always tried to figure out how did you do it you are a real talented person thank you for sharing I really enjoyed looking at your aquascape
Thank you! :D
Congrats 🎉
Thank you!
Awesome
Thanks man :)
This is such a great composition. I really enjoy even just looking at it. Your videos on this subject were very enlightening and well planned and presented without being repetitive as many "explanatory" videos can be. I didn't miss it being a videographic masterpiece at all and you kept me in rapt attention throughout all 3 videos. For the moment, I only have one question - how did you get the ripple effect in the "water" at the top center of the scene? Thanks for sharing this!
Thank you, and thanks for watching! Blow dryer, pretty standard technique.
Nice
Thanks!
This is so good, I got a 90P now that I’m moving into a bigger space and I’m going to create my first contest tank!
Good luck Michael!!
@@SteveScapesYT Thanks man! Lots of super glue and cigarette filters and egg crate! I loved some of the tips you gave in that green aqua video with the water proof duct tape how scapers need to develop their own methods and tricks to make a nice tank. It’s so true and is part of the fun. The hardest part I’m having with the contest tank is the focal point all you guys use. I have a hard time picking a spot and building around it.
Thanks for watching! That’s the spirit alright! Just don’t give up and keep tweaking.
Still using the ADA Solar I? Is that a conscious choice or just what's lying around/used to?
I actually used a Maxlite Pro and two Solar I’s. This mostly has to do with availability of lights and arms, with my other Maxlite Pro needed to light my old 120x45x45 grow out tank.
Any videos of the tank available? Thank you :)
Aloha braddah! I Always look forward to your posts. Mahalo for sharing. Can i email you some questions i have about the hobby?
FB messenger me :D
What algae do the the mollies pick on? The hair types? And what type of mollies did you get?
Mostly the brown algae near the starting phase. That’s what they and the Amano’s are best at taking out- but they’ll pick at the others as well. Most livebearers do, but Mollies are to guppies what Amano’s are to cherries. lol
You placed pumice stone as sort of a filler material for the excess space in the tank. Based on your explanation, they can maybe used as a biomedia filter. Can I do that? Is it safe to use pumice as biomedia filter?
I actually have, and do have some pumice in my filter for that purpose and it works just fine. I imagine it’s not as efficient as professionally designed media, but it’s definitely effective enough when on a tight budget.
Sir,
One request for making a educational video
About golden ratio concept in aquascape, I have zero knowledge about that
check green aquas video on it, its great
Please Steven, how do you stick a big piece of wood like this to the glass 🙏
;) I got to keep some things to myself. The better question people need to ask themselves is not “how,” but “what,”- and then imagine their own “how”s.
Thanks for watching!
@@SteveScapesYT not cool! I'll ask Josh he will answer.
Good luck- pursuing answers is part of what helps us value them. Please show Josh the respect he deserves.
@@SteveScapesYT stop blabla. Keep your skill for your self and that's it. Don't be arrogant.
Mirrors do rust. Did not have this problem ?
I didn’t see it happen
Yeah you guys are perverts! Haha this is incredible
Absolutely-thanks!
