I know I can’t use vodka because I don’t drink alcohol. Does the rose water you’re talking about contain alcohol? I’m confused because I have rose water but it’s non alcoholic so I didn’t use it just in case. I used lemon extract which worked but made my macarons smell lemony 🙊

Ahh awesome, sounds fabulous and just in time for Mothers Day :D although I think mothers day in Europe is on a different date? It is pretty easy to paint, the trick is to change brushes and use a thinner one for the actual thin drip part ;) adding in lots of vegetable oil into the chocolate also makes it a TON easier and less messy :)

I notice you don’t put a large dowel down the centre of the cake. Does the frosting you spread on prevent the top cake from sliding off during transportation?
