- I'll probably get crucified for saying this, but SPM is the only Paper Mario game I've ever actually played. Anyway, y'all seemed to enjoy my voice for Dimentio in my Ultimate World Spun cover, so lets keep this jester train rolling this month! If you guys like this, I might take my swing at The Ultimate Show in the future, but no promises!

I must say, the subtle effect on Dimentio's voice making him sound like two people are talking at once is a nice touch. It might represent his crescent face?
Three actually! One in either ear, then one in the middle. It was more meant to extenuate Dimentio's magic abilities, his disorienting nature, and his teleport-all-around-you fight techniques. And, while not an intentional parallel there are three Dimentios in the art and gameplay. It also just sounds cool, but that isn't as introspective or thought-out as the other points haha.
I mean, he does love duplicating himself.

I am glad you didn't pronounce his name wrong, but not saying it at all kinda goes OOC for him. Introducing himself is one of his favorite things to do.

Dimentio
Both the hard T and the ch/sh sound are correct due to the lack of proper accents in the name since it's a play on Dimension and Demented in the English version.
Edit: Dimențio would give it the sh/ch sound, while Dimentío would give it the T sound. However, due to how English works, it would most likely be pronounced as Dimentío over Dimențio. Most other languages have it as Dimensio or Dimenzio, though.

I really enjoyed the lyrics here! They show Dimentio's more cunning side while sounding very confident in his powers as he will still achieve his goal in the end! The art looks really good and I liked the animation here. Overall this song really captures Dimentio's personality well, while doing one of in my opinion best villains in the franchise justice!
first few seconds in and i already love it, mostly because of the echo effect you give Dimentio, who is without a doubt my favorite mario character. I think that moti's portrayal of dimentio is what actually got me into Mario, and its good to see another version of a dimentio song dub
May I just comment that this, as well as the Ultimate Show one, is literally the best contemporary Dimention cover? Like, in terms of flow and lyrics, it beats every other to it, all which I have heard personally, at least, and that's saying a whole damn lot considering how small as a creator Josh is compared to contemporaries. In spite of that, he has got more soul - genuinely, many of the covers on this channel feel more genuine and heartfelt. They may not have the best voice acting, don't always flaw smoothly, but the lyrics sound like the author genuinely put a ton of thought into them and really put themselves in the character's shoes! Bravo, standing avation!

I believe Dimentio is the son of Blumiere and Tippi. And the Pure Hearts actually gives him his innocence back. That's why his defense falls and he is longer invincible (I mean, taking someone's defense isn't really something Pure, so I doubt the Pure Hearts ever done something like that) And remember that all worlds shaken showing they are about the get destroyed. The only place that didn't was where Dimentio teleported Tippi and Blumiere; Dimension D. His teammates also arrived there because Nastasia told them Count could arrive in Dimension D. Perhaps a certain jester told Nastasia? And remember that Nastasia and Dimentio arrives in the battle field in a few seconds difference. Which goes to show Dimentio might have taken them to safety. And perhaps, he tried to destroy all these magic from all these worlds? If it wasn't for magic, Blumiere would never became Count Bleck and Tippi would have never became a butterfly. He is attacking fire, with fire. (Or in this case, magic with magic)

@@enzo9242 I think Dimentio is the unborn child of Tippi and Blumiere. That's why he hadn't killed them before the Super Dimentio fight. Because he didn't borned yet, if they die, HE DIES as well. And at the end of SPM I think Blumiere and Timpani teleported 3,000 years into the past.
The reason both The Pixl Queen and Dimentio has the power of illusions is because they are siblings. The magician that created the pixls had a wife, a son and a daughter after all.
When Timpani and Blumiere sacrificed themselfs they went 3,000 years back to the past. They wrote down they’re entire adventure in a book which people started calling: Dark Prognosticus. But they didn’t knew if the worlds saved or not. They only wrote what they lived and because the rest are unknown to the authors people though no more pages means no more future.
According to the game whoever the magician is created the pixls by studying the Dark Progniticus. And since the magician got his hands on the book and isn’t afraid of the book. Which means the author and the magician are the same person. And since Timpani is a human, the magicain must be Blumiere/Count Bleck. Which means both Dimentio and The Pixl Queen are Blumiere/Count Bleck and Timpani’s children.
And get this, Carson mentions that the magician has a wife but never mentions if she has magic. And mentains that Pixl Queen's soul turned out to be not the soul of a demon, but rather a human soul. Which means since one of the parents must be a human. And since the husband is a magician he can't be human. Which means the human is his wife. And the magician is problably an ancient since no one else wields a magic more powerful than that. And the ancients are staying away from mixing their kinds from humans. Which means the only candidate for being the magician and his human wife are Blumiere and Timpani.
