  • Hello, friends! Today we will prepare an incredibly delicious and quick dish - sugar snap peas in soy sauce with sesame. This recipe will definitely delight all your loved ones and become a real highlight on your table.
    Ingredients:
    * Sugar snap peas - 200 g
    * Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
    * Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp (can be substituted with apple cider vinegar)
    * Honey - 1 tbsp
    * Sesame oil - 1 tsp (can be substituted with olive oil)
    * Toasted sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
    Recipe:
    1. Preparing the Peas:
    * Some varieties of sugar snap peas may have tough strings along the edges. Remove them before cooking to avoid unpleasant chewing.
    * Blanch the sugar snap peas in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then quickly cool them in ice water and dry.
    2. Preparing the Sauce:
    * In a small saucepan, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey (or sugar).
    * Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring until the honey or sugar is completely dissolved and the sauce starts to thicken slightly. This will take about 2-3 minutes.
    3. Combining Peas and Sauce:
    * Add the sugar snap peas and sesame oil to the sauce, mix well to evenly coat the peas with the sauce. Sauté together for 30 seconds.
    4. Serving:
    * Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds on top.
