Really when I stayed at this resort my room was clean every day I be back again in October can't wait love this resort especially got the little island 🏝️
Next time go down the road to the Hyatt Zilara. It's going to cost you a bit more but as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." My last stay there was just before Covid in 2020. The fridge was stocked every day with soft drinks, fruit juice, water, and Red Stripe beer as well as Rum and Vodka. It you wanted anything else you simply requested it. I think all the resorts are cutting back on food and beverage services as well as other amenities to try to cut cost until they can get back up full occupancy which is where all inclusives need to be to be profitable.
@@peppaminttea I just came back yesterday, they have 2 huge washers and dryers and its FREE. Take your own detergent or you can buy some from the gift shop.
Holiday Inn is at lowest end of decent AIs...it is a decent enough place but cheaper than almost every other hotel on offer. Need to lower expectations to match price paid. As stated more expensive hotels like Hyatt, Iberostar, Sandals or Excellence will meet your high expectations. People expect things like a change of towels daily but at home change towels and sheets monthly.
Lol sorry I had to laugh because I was looking at so many hotels in Jamaica to take my husband and 2 kids. We travelling to Jamaica for a month but we already have our holiday home in Jamaica..however I watch so much videos on TH-cam before booking my stay 🤣🤣 this hotel I hated the look of it, me I’m a luxury girl and I like things looking good so I eventually book Royalton Negril. This holiday inn hotel is so not my style…new subscriber here tho 😌
I laughed when you said no drinks. Holiday Inn Montego Bay is a budget hotel for families. It states that on every travel website. I don’t know what you were expecting.

haha the restaurant staff....I was already afraid to ask for seconds. I've never felt like that before.
The Holiday Inn Resort brand is consistent throughout, the world.. Its branded as affordable! It's not luxury. Just average and affordable.
