Glad someone bought it. Hope they can create a wonderful place to live. I noticed an older person on the front porch when you went in. Kind of made me sad - was this person living in these conditions?
The difference between Steubenville Ohio and Naples Florida is absolutely appalling. I'm just a 60 year old hard working electrician Florida man and I'm definitely not saying that wealth should ever be redostributed but wholly hell people 😮.The people who lived their end years in this house were your fellow Humans, Americans, Christians. I don't have any idea how or what to fix, I just know that it ain't quite right.
@@Joanne-i7q The only reason I made the observation is that I just completed an 8 month project in North Naples and had the obscene wealth of the area rubbed in my nose at every stop light, restaurant and grocery store every day. I definitely choose the smaller town, working class life for me.
A wise choice would be to clean out the junk, donate this to a homeless family, and write it off. I went thru a house on Pennsylvania St. that was just frightening. It was like something in a horror movie. None of the stairs were functional . Um... should i fly to the second floor????
Many homeowners present their houses to me in this manner when they want to sell. All I can do is suggest ways to maximize their property's value, but most of them don't have the time to implement these suggestions.

Yes ...I hope they get every penny out of it that they possibly can ...That's the goal, isn't it?
Are there any code violations on this property
Currently no code violations Steubenville Ohio tends to be a lot more relaxed than other cities
I can definitely see why he asked the question LOL
Yes lol
Why is my question funny
The condition of this property I would say that's a valid question that needed to be asked
