What a collab! Very glad it happened. What did you think? What other collabs what you like to see? Automatic Sun reaction on the channel next Monday \m/
According to the warning, they were learning their parts in the flight to Japan and still changing little bits with kanami, and they only had a day maybe or two in Japan to record this
This collab was even more organic than fan input. Both band members were fans of each other when they met at one of the most successful tours the maids have had in 2023! 😁
Dani said in an interview, Kanamis' finger prints are all over this because she gets into all parts of making a new track, eight top tier musicians on one stage, that is a gift from the rock gods
W I N !!!!! W I N !!!⚡🎀 I think we can just say, at their level, Band-Maid and The Warning are equal peers at the very top of the "Rock" pile. I’ve watched “Show Them” 50 times now and still haven’t been able to drop my eyes down to the lyrics.🤘😂 Thx, Rusty.
Some folks have pointed out that Misa's ending bass riff is reminiscent of Ale's ending bass riff in "Survive", and speculate a connection. Cool if it is.
The fact that both bands respect their styles and music a lot even when The Warning is literally 10 years younger is so awesome. They found how to complement each other in each part very well and let’s not forget about vocals and harmonies! For me, I gotta say that Dany’s voice gave me goosebumps from first second and then the whole song manage to kept it that way.
so. good. SO good. SO GOOOOOOOD! Saiki + Dany were pure magic on the vocals, and I loved how well all of the members of both bands worked together on it. Just pure fire, start to finish!
The Warning and Band-Maid met up at a festival, a while back, both were fans of each other. They agreed that they should get together and do stuff sometime. TW and Band-Maid had a concert together in Tokyo, a few months ago and there’s talk about Band-Maid playing some dates in Mexico, with The Warning. Can’t wait!
Was lucky enough to be at their joint concert in Tokyo back in June where they live debuted this song Also caught the premiere of this video this morning. Nice to get to read the lyrics on this one Really hoping that they release an official live video of this from that concert too!
From what I've heard , Kanami wrote the song, and did a great job writing for both bands, and challenging them at the same time. The key, apparently, was higher than Dany and Saiki usually sing. Dany's guitar was playing off Kanami, Miku is rhythm guitar and vocals, the one in the most maid like dress. Dany and Kanami did an interview together on PRS Guitars Japan, mentioned was that the bands should get together again in Mexico.
No one has done this before (that I remember.) But TW is a special band, they are always doing different things. At least changing this model, everyone for themselves. I love this so much.
My friend: DarWin, The Warning and Band Maid...3 de las mejores Bandas del mundo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually, I do hold Babymetal and Electric Callboy as the best collab of 2024. Both as a result and an actual success. But that does not diminish this collab. This is a very cool collab.
I cant imagine they had that long to work on this. Its freakin awesome!! DPA kickin it, feature spots for BM skills...everything about this is KILLER - my brain is on overload!!!! This is so what I need to see in the world right now
Dany's scream at the beginning is officially the scream of The Warning, for destruction we already have Pau's scream, that scream of Dany must urgently be put at the beginning of some new song, perfect colab 😱🔥🔥🔥⚡⚡⚡💫💥🤙LOCURA🤙...
It's a good song; you can tell Kanami's touch is in there, all the parts weave in and out of each other so democratically. Everyone gets a part, but more importantly, this is fun to watch because you can tell they're all having fun.
Kanami wrote the music and Miku wrote the lyrics. But as normal with Band Maid they went back and forth to get everybody's input. Band Maid recorded their part first and then The Warning recorded theirs. The singing was recorded together obviously. The magic of having Kanami engineer it all and the magic of having brilliant musicians play and offer up their strengths. Nobody trying to outdo each other and everybody blending into a real super group.
Now we need the collaborative tour with the subsequent Blu-ray/DVD/(2) CD album release with one section of collaborative studio tracks and another of collaborative live tracks.
I like the performance and the song. I wonder a bit about the encounters in the ... alley? They seem a little out of context, but I miss things easily. I like how Dany and Kanami seem to be telling each other to "show them" that they are strong. Interesting insights as always. Thanks!
Dude, you didn't even have to put any of your (and the Carriers) usual effort into getting reactions for this one, lol. I've already counted well over thirty reactions in the short time it's been out!
I don’t know where and why the hate for Band Maid comes from. Mostly it just seems ignorance or just plain lies. I don’t see any Band Maid fans hating on The Warning. The bands are both great and have different styles. If you don’t like the style of BM thats valid. Any nonsense about their talent or brilliance is just hate. The Warning band members would be ashamed of such fans.
Chill, Albert, chill... 😉 I have yet to read from a member of TWA that questions their talent or brilliance. It is true that a large number of us come from more classic rock, and Band-Maid typically (not only, but for a large part) plays more hardrock, which is an aquired taste for some of us, and some just don't aquire it at all. But a difference in taste does not equal hate. At least not in the Patreon or Discord groups that I am a member of. Of course, haters exist, but they exist everywhere. Sad but true. It is best to ignore them. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻 BTW, I was a Maidiac *way* before I discovered The Warning. One day, searching for their "Warning!" song, The Warning was suggested by the almighty algorithm, and *poof*, I found myself simultaniously in a pidgeonhole *and* a rabbithole... 😄

Not for me. One for the fans I guess but it's clearly a band maid song which is possibly why I don't like it, they bore me to tears, even if they can play really well. The Warnings songs are much better crafted imo and this track doesn't touch anything on their last album. Dull - like the outro of every single JRPG I've ever played.
@titntin5178 I'm not sure how a band-maid song can be boring, seeing as most of their songs are high tempo/intense, but each to their own. Maybe you're playing the wrong JRPGs? 🤔

Pretentious and boring. Love the warning, but don’t care much for band maid, and this sounds more like their music and not the warning’s. A hard pass on this one.
@madmex123 I personally think this sounds more like The Warning.
