Pretty useful if grid goes down long term .
Thanks Leigh, excellent value items. Could you do a vid on radios, portable and possibley larger base versions for recieving broadcasts. What frequencies, bands etc that are needed?
Keep up the good work 👍
Yes there are kit snobs out there and I know 1 FUNKY kit snob who scoffs at kombatUK kit while wearing a kombatUK hoodie 😂 at the same time trying to flog expensive kit he has been sent for free. Thanks for keeping it real as always
Another great informative video
Nothing wrong with cheap gear , it’s better than having nothing, and you don’t mind hard using it .. I was impressed with the range of both of them , great video buddy
Brilliant little radios,I bought these from you about a month ago RT24 and tested them in a built up area about a mile distance from each other....no interference whatsoever. Awesome bit of kit 👍🏼
Nice Western Province, I mean Stormers, top👍
I dont know much about radios but I really enjoyed the countryside and the dog. (and I even enjoyed the music!).
Great bit of kit to have and with a good range on them too! Nice video 😊
Great pair of radios. Can you do a video on what frequencies we can use without worrying about it, please? I'm taking a basic radio course (3 week course) starting next week, to get a license but knowing what frequencies people are using would help.
Look up PMR446 frequencies for the licence exempt frequencies.
Ret-ah-vis. Thanks for sharing.
PINK SHORTS 😮. Decent little test mate, there ok for short range and the sound is clear, the joy with the Baofeng radios is the interchangeable aerials for better reception and longer range but they do have too many channels imo.
Pink shorts are for the trend setters
@@TheBugOutShop Ah ok, thank fek I'm no trend setter then mate, but fair play to you Leigh
Dont use in car to much to block always transmit out of car you get better send and retrieve unless have arial on car
What equipment is homebase transmitter/ receiver?
Answered in vid! Jumped the gun 🙄
Good vid. Nice hat, do you sell them?
Yes I do. 👍
Hi Leigh, will you be getting more Bug out med kits in stock anytime soon?
It’s on my yo do list 👍
@@TheBugOutShop Awesome
Does channel 6 work on these handsets or do the sprout fields cause too much interference?! 😂
The field sounds a bit squelchy 😂
Ratios?! Title Radios 😊
that was a test to see if anyone is awake. you passed.
Ok thanks mate I'll expect my badge in the post then!🤣
