@@bleak0218 The model flew well but after less than 30 flights I had the engine stop with full flap and wheels down. Tried to do a gentle turn back to the runway and stalled / crashed. Total Pilot error. I have the motor now in a Phoenix models Stinson Reliant that I have done hundreds of flights with.
That's what I thought but with the C of G it looks like you can have more weight up front. My father has the RV from seagull as well with a DLE 20cc motor and has had to put a fair amount of weight at the nose to balance. Personally I would rather have a bigger motor and no dead weight! ;)
1/2 throttle is much more fun. You will actually see the aircraft design and color scheme as it flies by.
Received my model a couple of days ago. Going to put a DLE 35RA in it as well. Hopefully it will fly like this one!! ;)
Hi, do You still fly this model after 6 years? How satisfy are You with it?...

@@Mgp-Rc Thank You for that and sorry for the lost model! Wish You many happy hours with the Stinson!
a 20cc engine is recommended for this model. Isn't this 35cc engine too heavy?
