I have this model now since almost 2 years in use here in Germany. Its defenitely not an airplane for beginners. I fly it with an DLE20 engine. Had already 2 crashes and several hard landings. This model needs Speed all the time. But when it is in the Sky ...amazing and bautifull picture.
Its a great looking model, but looks like it is stall-prone (re: 2:00). Possibly balance related or its just characteristic of the sharply tapered wings. Thoughts?

Would like to have seen the complete landing and roll out... it probably nosed over... music sucks also would rather have heard the engine
Was this an rc model review or a bloody music clip of elevator music?

It likes to fly fast... Yes, it will tip stall if banked too sharply at slower speeds.
This is not a Yak3 but a Lavotchkine La-5.
So what's the verdict on this plane. Did you like it? Looks like it was a bit tail heavy in flight.
Check out the reviews on RCUniverse.com to see the verdict!
what prop size you are using? thanks
Yak 3? Its La 7
Although it does look like a Lagg, that is indeed a Yak-3
Hello
Nice plane, but obviously not a Yak3. Rather La5 or La7
This is the Yak-3 U - unlike most variants, the U had a radial engine.
