Subconsciously everyone picked me to go first too, showing how to re-fuse and lead by re-fusing to "join". Sorry I don't need no ones applause or approval. I guess if a 9 refuses to "stand" it means great leadership comes from needing no ones applause or approval. But then most would not be there anymore, its WHY most are there. So what's the lessson here Toast"masters".
Its not easy being nine because people (usually 2, 4 and 8) think we are just lazy and "know it alls" when we say 'been there done that' and can prove it many times. If your family are lower numbers and you are a nine, you will feel like you are taking care of them spiritually and physically like little kids...sadly we nines dont care about money making so..we can be seen as bums and lazy. I don't think people should get the idea that as a 9 we are superior to 1-8. Just because we may have been a 1-8 in the past doesn't mean that those others haven't as well. Also they may have been 9's. Numerology is entirely based on re-incarnation, for those who don't know. We are here to focus on certain life lesson/s and there are master 11's 22's and 33's that have sub lessons in 1-8. These are very old souls and have really been there done that. I am a 9, but I am an 18/9, which means I have sub lessons in 1 and 8. It's a bit like returning to college to take more classes just for your personal growth. You have the degrees on the wall but now your doing it for you. Even the PHD's are continuing their education. Oh and also, it's not like all #_ are equal. Wow. I'm a Sagittarius 9 and this totally resonates, especially about how we take in so many details from just watching and listening (a trait that Saggies seem to possess anyway). I've always been able to read people like books, and I guess that's why. I've always felt like an older head on much younger shoulders too, even as a child. Right on with your explanation on a 9. I'm a nine/aries and my Husband is a nine. I could have never imagined a relationship with any other number. I study numerology but I find the nines are never really given as much credit for their leadership and teaching ability as what you have described. Kind of like the numerologist are drinking a little bit of hater aid. My soul, attitude, and outer expression numbers are 7 so I naturally study our reason for existence. You are so right about us not being very successful unless we step up and decided that this is what we want. Yay! I'm a double 9, my full name is 9 and so is my life path number, I am an observer as you say, I don't need power, in fact I'd rather not have it in case I abuse it!. Throughout my life I have been always accused of being unambitious, but found myself pushed into management rolls, when I'd rather just do my job but I suppose it's because I'm a kind of "zen" about the good and bad in life . I've yet to stand up and take over, when I see someone f**king something up, because I don't want to interfere with their growth, but I would give advice if it's asked for. I hope I get to do that one day, just to shock everyone who think I'm too "passive"! 😁

Was made aware of this by the time i was 12 or so... (Still didn't understand until many hard learned life lessons later} when an old woman told me i was an Old Soul and said I had a lot of power. She said I should't try to cultivate it myself though... That I should let it come naturally as I got older...

Right on with your explanation on a 9. I'm a nine/aries and my Husband is a nine. I could have never imagined a relationship with any other number. I study numerology but I find the nines are never really given as much credit for their leadership and teaching ability as what you have described. Kind of like the numerologist are drinking a little bit of hater aid. My soul, attitude, and outer expression numbers are 7 so I naturally study our reason for existence. You are so right about us not being very successful unless we step up and decided that this is what we want. Their is really no need because I have always felt as if I've experience success in the past and I just want to mentor other people on life. This doesn't always pay. Great insight given.

To me, it sounds like chemistry, like the 9's are gasses like helium, xenon, argon,... and the others need to reach the nine by bonding. There are probably different kinds of bonds and ways to bond. Try being a Natural Double 9... It's like being a superhero but you can't tell anyone so you use a secret identity while you sit back being self-deprecating most of the time so as to not make others uncomfortable in your intensity or by being called a 'know-it-all because you can size up the situation or everyone in the room before anyone else knows what's going on. Depending on the calculations and numerology charts (there seems to be different way of doing it...using middle name, not using it, birthdays, etc) I'm either an 8 or a 9. Hi! New to numerology here, but I'm a 9. I feel awful as a 9 though because all the descriptions I've heard so far make it sound like we are at the end or the top of the list -- sounds a bit egotistical. I believe everyone has a journey to pursue in life. It's not BETTER than anyone else's journey, and it is one without an END. Life is everlasting; only death is eligible for an END. But, I'm still learning. Maybe I just don't understand this ... yet. But, it seems correct as I am also an INFP-T, Enneagram 9, Gemini, and an empath. It's fascinating how they all connect (with the empathetic and harmonious aspects I mean), but I do wonder if that it a true personality connection for everyone. hi, we are not on top of the list but 9's have finished the lessons or experiences which the soul came to experience on Earth. This is basically an indication that Earth lessons are more or less finished. And the END here means end to Earth's school only. There are infinite number of experiences/schools in the universe after Earth also. Its a never ending thing.
