Another great video Loyd, capturing the fun, beauty and inclusivity of the sport. Awesome to see so many happy runners. Even more committed to make it to Chamonix in 2024.
Really glad you enjoyed it Victor! Great to meet you and spend some time on the trails together, we'll have to do it again one day 🏃♂️🏃 Thanks for watching 🙏
I'm really glad you enjoyed the video. There was a really cool vibe at the race and I loved every steep! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment it's appreciated 🙏😊
Another brilliantly filmed trail race Loyd. Stunning scenery & looked to be a race enjoyed by all who took part. A more manageable race such as this seems to be a really good option for those new to mountain running. I definitely think your video will encourage many people to try to be part of it next year & experience the whole UTMB vibe.
Thanks very much, glad you enjoyed the video. It's the perfect race for some new to the mountains, just far enough in distance and a really relaxed atmosphere 👍😊
I found you on a review video and loved your style. Really glad to find you've made all these other running videos that I can look forward to watching :D
@@Run4Adventure no problem, I really appreciate the effort you both put into making your videos. I find the really helpful and inspiring. I wouldn't have a clue where to start but can imagine the hours you have to burn just to upload a 10 minute vlog. Hats off to you Loyd and thank you.
Loyd your cinematic skills are elite my friend. What a beautiful video and I loved how you captured all the emotions at the end. Congratulations on your great effort and congratulations on your outstanding channel. By the way, the Liga designed T-shirt arrived recently and it's already one of my favorites.
Thanks Steve, that's very kind. Really glad your new t-shirt arrived safely and you like it 👕👌 Thanks so much for your continued support and hopefully we'll see you in Chamonix next year 😊
Bravo well done. Look at all those happy people! Nothing beats the joy of finishing a race, no matter the distance and elevation. Love it And Loyd, did you notice that many op the to-runners ran with a belt and not a vest? 😉
Thanks very much 🙏 I love filming runners crossing the finish line, capturing all that emotion is awesome 😊 If I wasn't running with asics I would have wore a belt as well. There was only a small mandatory kit list so a belt would have been fine 👍 Thanks for watching.
Looked a really fun run Loyd. You definitely caught the atmosphere and chatted with some others who were really just enjoying the sport, mountains, being part of the community. Pity it didn't turn out to be a workout for your quads in preparation for Slovenia. Next time for sure. I'm already booked for Chamonix next year, shakeout run, and Moody's coffee await.
Great video, love to hear how you thought the Asics Fuji Speed 2 did on this course say in comparison to fill in the blank….after your initial thoughts I’m excited.
👏👏🫡 Thank you Loyd for bringing us viewers in to your racing experiences. Such a great event and vibe is making my hopes of getting a bib for next year’s ETC and perhaps not doing to bad on the day as a MV 66🤞
This looks like it was a great race! Good vibes and mountain action without going too far and minus the snow and mud😅 Will definitely be considering it if I don't get into the big one next year! Great film as always! 🔥🔥🔥
Definitely a bit fresher mate, I think I've found my distance 😂 It was a brilliant race with a lovely atmosphere 🏃♀️🏃♂️ Hope you're fit and well mate, thanks for watching 🙏
It's the Asics Fujitrail waterproof jacket. It's a lovely jacket, super lightweight and very comfortable to run in. Hope this helps and thanks for watching 🙏😊
Anyone who have done the ETC…. I’m getting into trail running. I’m by no means a fast runner. I’ve been always inspired by utmb. Would it be crazy to do the etc without any experience?
The whole point of the ETC at UTMB is to attract runners that haven’t run in the mountains before. There was a lot of runners in the race with very little mountain experience 👍 Hope this helps and thanks for watching 🙏
Happy days 😎👍 check out the Kerry Way Ultra in the south of Ireland ☘️ early September ultra with 3 different distances 🤓 KWU LITE (60km) KWU NIGHT (100km) KWU FULL (200km) 😎 the most beautiful trails and mountains with incredible views ☘️ definitely one for you to check out 👍 it’s Irelands toughest ultra and lives up to its reputation 😎🤘 happy running and love the channel 😎
"you bring a good vibe"... that's what it's all about 👏
It sure is 👍😊

Top effort Loyd.
Some amazing support there 👊🏻
Thanks very much 🙏😊
Looks amazing and without all the worries of cut offs and big mileage.
It was a good feeling not worrying about the distance and the suffering! 👍😊
Well done Loyd, looks like a great race. You sure look fresher than your last finish at a race there! 😅. My friend did this and had a great time.
Definitely a bit fresher mate, I think I've found my distance 😂

@@sarac9812 No worries 👍
I wonder if the maroon team colours with both Asics and Adidas is a coincidence.?
The adidas terrex team where wearing white and black kit at UTMB, not maroon? 🤔
