Hey so announcement in the Show more, but this is more important. My apologies for the Markiplier/Benny clip. I've had this in production for weeks now and I forgot to put it together that the late Matthew Perry was the voice for Benny, and this can be seen as poor taste. There’s only one issue I would have with it. He’s absolutely filthy rich already(not that it’s undeserved or anything). He doesn’t need bank robber money. If he turned it into some wild charity scheme I’d have 0 issues with it. That’d be some robinhood hype shit.

If you search with what you're looking for in mind and a little bit of hope and a little bit of praying to every single God in existence and non existence then scrolling for a little while but you should find them
I find it extremely funny that Invader Zim is viewed as the quintessential goth franchise knowing what the deep part of the fandom - aka the part that actively engages in fan art, fan fics, and analysis - are like. The show's crew set out to make a world where failure was the only option, only for the fandom to decide "You're wrong! There is a good ending for Zim and Dib: they become friends". The wilder part is that's actually a valid interpretation of the source material, a fact the crew were slowly forced to accept.
If you only were familiar with the show via fan content you'd probably have no clue the two protagonists are trying to murder each other. Go deep enough and you'll also probably forget that Invader Zim is a surreal animated dark comedy running on the South Park logic of "don't be these people, they're all terrible" and not some worldbuilding-heavy character-driven show like Avatar or Steven Universe built to be prime material for hurt-comfort fics.

in the death note manga, there's actually no slope, light yagami finds the death note on one page, brings it home and reads the rules over the next two, and finishes thinking "this is just an elaborate prank but it can't hurt to try" on the next page, before it then immediately cuts to the 5 days later. not only does it only take 4 pages for hime to jump off the cliff of villainy, counting the colour spread, it only takes 15 pages for it to be revealed how sociopathic he is. the manga didn't even pretend it wasn't told from the villains perspective.

Carbon Monoxide? That's Carbon Dioxide!
Yes, that's what they wrote. But it was a mistake, a typo. You don't have carbon dioxide detectors in your home, and excess carbon dioxide doesn't cause hallucinations or any of those othe symptoms, it just makes you feel out of breath, they you suffocate. They meant carbon monoxide. Oz ended up saying the right thing, even when given the wrong text.
