    at 11:15, won't there be oscillations again? Because the B flux seems to have two paths of least reluctance? Why wont motor rotate ACW?

      Yes, both possible. But, the direction of initial motion decides the least reluctant path

      To avoid this situation: Two consecutive rotor teeth cannot be equidistance from the following activated stator pole, which is never satisfied in case of 4 stator poles
