The mesh is drywall mesh tape, and it's a great inexpensive texture tool (about $5 per roll). The resulting image is fantastic -- the lines were definitely the finishing touch! Thank you for sharing this.
Love your observation. My work usually has a meandering feel to it since I never start with a plan. I just start creating and see what happens. Thanks for watching. 😍
Oh thank you!😍 I’m really bad about cleaning them. When I do clean them I soak them in soapy water. Also a quick spritz of hand sanitizer then wipe them off works pretty well. 😍
I LOVE everything about this and I love how we all might interpret it differently! I kept seeing a Frank Lloyd Wright home then when you set the mat on it at the end, it took my thoughts in a different direction! It’s wonderful how each mark, element etc can have such an effect on what we see! 💛🖤🤍
@@MixedMediaArtByTrina I dig it too! Love to know what the screen tape was intended for…I’m thinking drywall repair. I sort lost my way in this process and need to get back to it ASAP! Any update on the platform for sharing you spoke of?
Love this 1! Do u let the acrylic paint dry before the mat medium? AND why put the mat medium on top? Can't u just print the wet acrylic? Ty! Really enjoy and i bought a gelli plate...
Hey Beth! I do let the acrylic paint dry before adding anything on top. I used the matte medium with the med exam paper to adhere it to the paper. You could use glue if you wanted. I use the medium with wet transfer paper to make it transparent. Hope that helps! Have fun with your Gelli plate! 😍
very architectural! love it
Thank you!😍

Ooh, I might have to get a roll. It’s a fun texture for sure. Thanks for watching and dropping a comment! 😍
I think this one is my favourite so far! Love it! 😍
Yay! Thank you! I liked it as well. 😍
It seemed to go from abstract to landscape, then to a port with the big machinery. It's vibrant and very cool. Really enjoyed watching your process.

Wow. This is stunning. Beautiful creation. TFS
Thanks so much 😍
Stunning piece!
Thank you! Cheers!😍
Awesome piece! Personally prefer it rotated once counterclockwise. It can be an abstract characters profile of his/her head!
That’s awesome! I love your vision! Thanks for watching!😍
@@MixedMediaArtByTrina much love right back to ya

Thanks Donna! 😍
Another beauty! Please try on canvas!
Maybe. I don’t really work on canvas. I’m a paper girl! Thanks for watching! 😍
Once you used the distress glaze, you need to take the stencil off so the spray can get to the paper between the dots.
Aww. That makes sense. Need to play with it more to figure out how to use it in my work. Thanks! 😍

I like it, too.
Thank you! 😍
Love it! I needed a good Trina video to get me back on track!
Thanks Sherry! I had a great time creating this one. Digging these grungy industrial textures. 😍

I think it’s for drywall repair. Still researching the platform. Want to make sure it has all the tools I want. 😍

What is the name of the transparent paint by Golden you used.
It’s the Azo Gold. 😍
@@MixedMediaArtByTrina Thanks! I need to add that to my growing collection! 😃
@@saradevos7101 you will love it! 😍
I really love this one, it seems so dockside industrial. It really activated my imagination.
Thanks Mary! I’ve been obsessed lately with textures and rust. No idea what that means but I can’t stop making these industrial, grungy pieces. 😍
Love watching you but sometimes less is more thankyou ❤
Thanks. If you watch my videos you know that I’m a maximalist. 🤷🏾♀️ I work until I feel that it’s finished. 😍
I see a wonderful figure in the work, looks like a man carrying a load on his shoulder....
Thanks for watching! 😍
