The crazy thing is that acoustic ceilings became popular in the 60s and 70s during the condo building craze because it muffles sound from the unit above. No reason to have it in a single story home.

The sales history on the house makes no sense. In 2017 it sold for $152,000, then 8 months later sold for over $849,000, then 6 months later sold for $206,000. The 4 years later 320,000. 🫤 849? How? It's a nice cottage house though. Thank you for sharing.
