Been a huge Michigan fan every single year since Bo’s first year. I love this team more than any other. Best all around Michigan team in modern football history. These kids have amazing character, that is the real key. Go Blue!
Totally agree. I've been a fan almost as long, and I think this is the best complete team they've ever fielded.
To those that say a UM championship comes with an asterisk...it does, A BEAT DOWN ASTERISK! This is a team that has no "mock" draft first rounders whereas Bama has 5. The secret sause is always The Team, The Team, The Team! College football is showing cracks from leadership of the NCAA to individual teams and showing that it may implode. UM represents what is still good about this game. Go Blue!
In addition, there are no paying recruit/illegal benefits astericks like Bama, Ohio State, and others have had over the decades. The sign stealing situation was still cleaner than those programs on a good day! Go Blue!

Everyone talking about Alabama’s defensive line this week. I don’t think JJ got sacked more than one time. Our O line absolutely showed up big.

I lost count on how many times Alabama quarterback was sacked! I did see two bad calls that were not made against Alabama for unsportsmanlike conduct when McCarthy was out of bounds and Alabama guy picked him up and threw him on the ground that when J.J was tackled by helmet! But they might have missed a few with Michigan also! All in all I think the officiating did a good job! Anything is better than the Dallas vs Lions game officiating!!!

I remember JJ saying last year we are going to be back!!! This team has learned some valuable lessons this year and pressed on! Safe travels back home guys! Will be praying for a Safe flight!!! Keep your eyes on God he will carry you through. When you went into overtime I prayed for you. I prayed that God would Bless you all because you have been through so much slander, back lashing, etc. I was so happy God heard my prayer. Keep pressing on give God the glory and don’t look back! May you finish this year glorifying God even more! I know this year hasn’t been easy for Coach Harbaugh, or the team or school! But trusting in God to pull you through everything ignoring the slandered remarks, the gossip, etc. you do what God says

Let's just be honest, the Michigan defensive line won this game. They were dominant.

Michigan had such a tough overall schedule as it turns out : they beat #9 PSU AWAY, Bowl winner and SEC conqueror Maryland AWAY, then #2 undefeated arch rival OSU, and 15th ranked Big 10 West Division winner Iowa before beating #4 ranked and SEC champion Alabama. ( All this on top of beating bowl winners, Minnesota and Rutgers and bowl teams UNLV and BGSU!).
Michigan is awesome.

Alabama fan here. Bama had their chances...and didn't play well defensively at crucial moments late in the fourth quarter. Then to give up a touchdown in two plays of overtime was inexcusable. Felt that. The line play was intense, determined the outcome & UM dominated, esp their D line, a bit sloppy for top tier teams, but, jitters...kids...& the pundits got it right we got their #1 & 2 picks are playing for the Natty in a week & ought, like this one, to be a head to head helluva game.
