Michigan won the game in the trenches. That defense completely overwhelmed the Bama O line the entire first half. Bama looked a lot better in the third....then Michigan won the game in the clutch when they needed to. All the talking beside....they were the more physical team and it looked like Alabama was just going through the motions and assumed they would win.
P.S. Where are those SEC homers Thamel and Finebum?
@@ynp1978why would they hide, the game went to OT the committee still got it right lol
@@johnnyboy1237 This just in: ESPN is reporting that the CFP committee has reconvened and put Alabama in the Championship game.....because you know they are still one of the two best teams.
@@ynp1978 whatever helps you cope
@@johnnyboy1237cope with a loss?
How about Michigan had multiple costly special teams errors and we still won. Put some respect on the Wolverines
Yeah, its almost like they think Bama lost this game.
I would counter by saying the Wolverines kept them in it!
That’s the thing, ESPN is showing their SEC BIAS here! They will always look for some sort of excuse to make for why an SEC team loses to another conference! Just imagine the game Michigan would have had if they had not made those mental errors!
They wont
ESPN really hates that it's a all Big 10 championship
Bamas win and Finebaum is definitely on this morning hooting and hollering. Where ya at Paul?
In a really dark corner, sucking this thumb.....😂GGGGGOOOOOOO BBBLLUUUEEE!
Finebaum was ready to bring up sign stealing allegations 😅
You mean Pete Finebaum? The guy who doesn't even need to be paid to promote disinformation about Michigan and hates Jim Harbaugh so much that he uses his platform to mock him and is adamant that if Michigan wins it all that he won't acknowledge them as national champs (as if what he says is so important that all others must abide by his opinions)? That Pete Finebaum? He's hiding just like all the Bama/SEC fans who are so entitled that they have no self awareness whatsoever. Cowards.
Michigans defense masked its blitzes all game long. Saban was hoping to pick them up and grease Michigan down field. The problem is the blitzes came through the gaps, they came from the edges, they came from pocket collapses. Michigan defense just outright dominated!l!
Kudos to those corners playing man coverage. They did not falter all game.
The SEC was outclassed by a Michigan team that played their C game. Michigan is the best team in the country. Get over it.
This is disgusting trying to paint this narrative. Michigan thoroughly outplayed Alabama and left 4 on the board due to sloppy special teams. Also had two muffed punts and a couple costly drops. Shout out to Alabamas kicker making multiple 50 yarders
I disagree
The only ones that believed Michigan could smack Bama in the mouth is the Wolverines fan base! Us against the world mentality!! Who has it better then us?! NOBODY!!! GO BLUE!!!!
This is ESPN, the sports channel that is all SEC & no one else! Yes, you are correct in saying just us Wolverines knew they could do it! Go Blue!
GO BLUE!!
I mean, ol HarBlow probably knew the plays beforehand but I digress.
BOW DOWN CHEATERS
Thank you, like I've said before, we are Wolverines, not homeless pack wolves.
ESPN did not get the champion money maker they were hoping for!
Congrats to Michigan for a job well done!
Yea they better stop meat riding Alabama fr
Just a amazing game
Thank you Michigan:
From a FSU fan
Bama and NCAA Selection committee:
Yall feel stupid now 😂😂😂
Fsu would have not stood a chance against michigan, alabama was definitely the right pick.
Not feeling stupid at all. The committee made the correct choice, y’all proved that emphatically against Georgia.
Congratulations to Michigan for a quality win in an epic overtime thriller. Best of luck in the National Championship.
RTR
@@skipgumphrey9579 majority of our team left before the Georgia game. Of course that was going to happen. Georgia Michigan would of been better.
Actually, this FSU fan thinks Bama was supposed to be in...as well as FSU. Michigan no. Why reward cheaters, bruh
This is a silly take, the committee got it 100% right
Sure, Alabama made some mistakes. But I would argue Michigan's mistakes were just as big or bigger. A muffed punt that gives Alabama their first score and momentum. A personal foul penalty that stops a drive.
Missed extra point. Game should have been over in regulation
Inch away from throwing a pick on the first play of the game
ESPN made it sound as though Bama was the better team who should've won but a bad snap cost them the game. However, if you watched the full game, you'd see that the Michigan D-line was dominating. Both of Bama's touchdowns were resulted from poor field position due to mistakes by Michigan special team. Michigan should've easily won the game in regular time if not for the two poor punt returns and turnover, missed field goals, and especially the missed extra point.
Yep. If Michigan's special teams were cleaner, they probably win the game by double digits.
Exactly! Everyone is acting like Bama lost the game more than Michigan won the game. Michigan dominated that game! We should have won by double digits. The job isn't over yet. Still got 1 more to go. Go Blue!!!
Michigans defense is unbelievably good 😵
Both Harbaughs are going to the big dance ❤
#5 transfer Stewart blew up the final play!
Go Blue! 〽️
Stephen A Smith won’t be mentioning Alabama today 😭😭😭
Yea, he's already saying Washington will beat Michigan. Smh
You mean "Alabamer", lol!
Thank you Michigan. Now go and finish your story.
Somebody check on Paul Finebaum. He is still crying
CONGRATULATIONS, Michigan!!!!!
Thank you Coach don't leave!!!
Leaders & The Best.
HAIL!
& THE CHAMPIONS OF THE WEST
You Can Not Run Up The Middle Against Michigan And Win.....
The key to the final play that stopped Milroe is not the low snap. It's Michigan's 3 star defensive end bulldozed Alabama's 5 star guard whose leg tripped up Milroe. That play, pretty much epitomizes the whole game.
Where's your SEC fan boy Finebaum ESPN?
In a dark corner, sucking his thumb and rocking back and forth....😁....GGGGGOOOOOOO BBBLLUUUEEE!
Getting his depends changed
The best thing for college football happened yesterday. A SEC team won't be represented in the national championship game.
So much for the "Little Ten" comments from the SEC fans.
So glad fsu didn't get to play so we could watch bamas starting QB throw for less yards than FSUs 3rd string QB in ACC championship
Did you just compare Louisville defense to Michigan defense? Lol
Brother, Michigan has the best secondary in college football. Let's give them some credit instead of crying about Bama. FSU would have done worse
Promise you fsu vs Michigan would've been a terrible game
FSU wouldn't have a first down against Michigan with a 3rd string QB.
As an alumnus, I have been waiting for a win and a defense like this since 1998! Go Blue!
The 0 line of bama got bullied. Thats the greatest part for me. The big bad bully got bullied. Last play look at 65 get man handeled by 5 of michigan right into the quarterback
That's been bamas biggest problem this year it seems.
On the final play, #5 from Michigan simply won the rep against #65 from Bama. Thats what won the game.
Hail to the Victors! Hope we don't lose Harbaugh but we have faith in Moore. He kept us going when Harbaugh was sidelined during the hardest and most important games of the season.
Stephen A and Finebaum should’ve called off 😅
Expect Stephen A to bring up cheating allegations
I hope they pack the studio with plenty of Kleenex, eat a 🍆 Finebaum
The ESPN/SEC bias is going strong today! Go Blue!
Cause y’all suck. Where you been the last 20 years? Learning how to steal plays instead of learning how to play?
Next year, y’all won’t even be relevant.
Crazy looking back and all the things that could've gone wrong for Michigan to lose the game.
The 4th down play, the tipped pass, the muffed punts. Especially the one at the end which could have easily been a safety and surprised he was able to hold on to the ball cause he got blasted as soon as he got his hands on the ball at the 1.
Congrats to Michigan!
The lineman got blown up into Milroe.
360 lb lineman got put backwards by Josiah Stewart. 115 less pounds by the way.
Rose bowl should be national championship game every year
To Nick Saban: You CANNOT buy your way from the 8th ranked team to suddenly becoming the 4th ranked team and KARMA not devour you! Feeling entitled will eventually become your downfall! Go Wolverines!
Yall conspiracies r crazy
You're an idiot. Saban didn't buy his way into the top four, you moron.
Saban had seven national championships. Harbaugh will NEVER reach that milestone
@@jackhack2167 The truth often hurts the weak minded!...
I just enjoy hearing the Bama Babies cry after another loss .
Bama could not hang with Michigan.... not even close
@@americat3623 nah jus hate nd always hate greatness lol, sad to see
Saban stated... The fact that it didn't work makes it a bad call! Starting with their center, BAMA's OL had a poor game. Where was Dallas Turner? Did he play in the gsme?
thank you orlovsky....for actually giving michigan credit
Good to see a non-SEC championship. NIL has evened the playing field. The SEC isn't so tough when they can't buy every 5 star athlete for themselves.
Michigan had two misdirection plays in regulation that were excellent. They weren’t counters but the set ups to the play. I think it was the 1st and last TD they had, amazing.
Had no idea they went for it on 4th down on their own side 😮
Michigans blitz call was so clutch in the end, probably the reason more so that they pulled off the win
That’s why you watch the entire game and not highlights. Like 90 percent of the country after the game.
@@pinchevulpes I did, I stepped out during the 4th quarter bro
Joy to the world of football 😂 Alabama lost yes yes yes!!!
I have always been a diehard Buckeye fan. I think this is just the beginning of a Michigan " dynasty " .
Harbaugh has built his team and will have top five prospects in the future .
Harbaugh has Ryan Day's number and Day will not beat Michigan.
I think Michigan will be in the running for the championship for several years.
Michigan proved that Bama should have never been in the top four teams
“The snap was low it definitely affected the last play!” Lmao it was like 4 inches low, maybe Saban should coach better
What would happen if Tom Brady decided to join the Michigan football program? I know he has a lot of money and doesn’t need the job, but he and Harbaugh are friends and it could happen. Can you imagine the recruiting potential for Michigan? Michigan is known for its quarterbacks and wide receivers, so having the goat on staff would be incredible. The university can afford it, they just act like they can’t. It would be almost unfair, but there is nothing to prevent it and that is why it would be awesome.
If Milroe followed the guard? Sanistril was right there and already behind the guard so either way Milroe was toast. How much more biased can ESecPN be? GO BLUE!!!
The fact a team of 3 and 4 stars beat a team loaded with more 5s than any team they faced all season was insane. It all came down to coaching, development and scheme.
Now I’m curious, what’s the difference between a QB scramble and a RPO? Because according to Orlovskey it doesn’t sound like there is one.
Go Blue
Dan, Saban said it was a direct QB run for Milroe. It was not an RPO dude
So entertaining to see the ESPN SEC bag holders melting down!!!! Go Blue!!!
It was the defensive end (Stewart #5) for Michigan that blew this last play up. He literally pushes Bama’s right guard all the way back into the path of Milroe and pancakes him! He was lying on his back at the end of the play! Milroe tripped over his own outside lineman that got pancaked! Michigan’s defensive line is the difference in this game and these two teams.
When it's time to play big boy football players against other elite players sec teams fold!
Take that to ya sec bang bang!
Pac-12 vs Big ten
Two undefeated teams!
Hail to the Victors!! 🌹
Go Blue! 〽️
If, Harbaugh Wins a College National Championship and then Chases an NFL Championship, and gets it, he’d be on a Short List of Coaches to do it.
Jimmy Johnson and, Pete Carrol are the last 2 to accomplish it, I believe.
It’s Not Easy To Do.
Barry Switzer also did it but everyone knows it was with Jimmy’s team in Dallas
@@The360Nate Barry Doesn’t Count. He was, “Joe Biden” to the Cowboys… He didn’t even know he was there.

okay Michigan fans this is what you been wanting for a while now go ahead and celebrate y'all been wanting a long time to win a championship and y'all were better can't wait to see you play Washington on next Monday I'll be rooting for y'all and Alabama fans you can be mad all about the last play but still we been though This before this ain't nothing new we're get em next year we had a great year anyway even though we lost to Michigan 27-20 but it is what it is roll tide.😊
Whatever! STFU! It's not so easy when everyone can buy players! Shut that SEC crap up! Speed isn't everything when you get punched in the mouth! F**k Saban, you f**king snitch! Keep that same energy! We all know how he really won those championships.
Respect
@@wazza9089 oh yeah no doubt about that an I mad because we lost of course not and I'm a Alabama fan how could I even be mad at Michigan they're the better team than we were all season so yeah and I don't get why every time we lose a playoff game or a championship game that we have blame our oc and DC for losing the game like I don't know come on we'll get next year we just wasn't that good so congrats to Michigan they did a great job beating us down so now the world can celebrate because we lost and I don't get why people hate us that much just because we win all the time I could imagine your team doing something like that if you were in our shoes.😊
@@KidLatin27 Im an Aussie longhorns fan, in Australia we have a saying called "Tall poppy syndrome"
This basically means if your at the top for too long others will be out to take you down.
Be proud that Bamba are nearly always at the top!
Very few fans get that yet all wish they had it...
@@wazza9089 are you kidding of course I'm glad that we're at top now and you know what I want to see Texas and Oklahoma playing in the sec from now on should be fun but are you guys concerned about if you guys go to the sec you won't win as much as you guys did in the big 12 .?
These bama riders are sickening. Michigan came to play and destroyed the team that is supposed to win it all. Now they're making excuses for why they lost. No they got beat. Michigan is that team this year.
Both of the Harbaugh brothers are winning championships this year book it!
YEEEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!!! Go BLUE!!!!! Wooooo hoooo!!!! 💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙
Where's Finebaum??? Nothing to say??
Of course not along with SAS.
The last guy repeated what Taylor said word for word lol
5:40 I’m a life long Michigan fan
Michigan should have not been in the top 4 with an ongoing NCAA investigation with their coach….talk about integrity 🥴🥴🥴🥴
This!! It’s not about integrity anymore. It’s about money and power.
Most of these kids will be in jail in a year or two anyways.
Another crybaby loser, Go Blue!
Taylor is right, pretty sure Nick Saban even said it was QB power not an RPO, RB was just a decoy
were the snaps bad because of Michigan defense and the center was trying to get the ball back quicker and worried more about that defense ? everyone making excuses about the snaps being low but that was due to the Michigan defense
Props to the players for the big win.
Jim Harbaugh is gonna ditch those kids for more money in the NFL.
Good thing they don't need him to win, as evidenced by the 3 games they won without him this year.
Yeah he is a cheating fraud anyways.
6 games
I didn't think it made any different if FSU got a playoff spot or not. I don't they had to win it all.
GOOOOO BLUEEEEE
Saban got slapped around . 4th downs calls show it
The two coaches ate the greatest recruiters of all time. They are nothing more than C game coaches.
Nonsense. Saban is recognized as the greatest college coach of all time and Harbaugh is the only man to be named the NFL and College Coach of the Year. Plus Harbaugh is not that great a recruiter. Even though they are 38-3 he got no 5 star players again this year.
I would like to know where Paul Finebaum is right now
ESPN rigging almost worked. Better luck next year ESPN.
Jim Harbaugh is a good coach and his teams play tough rough football. need quarterbacks/wR talent help to go over the hump
I think they already got over the hump which is why they are rated number one and they have a great QB
If Michigans special teams doesn’t bungle it Michigan wins by 2 scores
Never seen an RPO designed where it’s a QB draw or flat read.
Jim college championship. John NFL championship in the same year.
Dan is very intelligent
GO BLUE
Coach Sanders would have blamed his players. Saban is a real coach.
Bad play call overall. 4th and goal at the three is too long and the defense will blitz which stops the run. If it was at the 1 yard line than that play would make sense but at the three is terrible even if the quarterback for Alabama did not get the ball awkwardly and ran awkwardly.
Michigan was better. Period! It’s their year!
Where's Pete fineBUM?
Both games where lit but suprises
No surprise!!!
I thought OSU looked better against Michigan, then Ryan Day totally changed the Offensive Line for the WORSE and then there was the raw freshman QB with the Raw OL in the cotton Bowl. Now actually there will be two Big 10 teams in the NC game in Houston.
It was a great call, if he had follow number 77.
He didn't because he panicked
Saban can't admit the better team won.
It pains me to say this as a Michigan fan but if we win the Natty, it be the same way Ohio State won the Natty in 2014. Beat and SEC team and then beat a PAC-12 team and that would be absolutely insane.
Right , Ohio state won the first 4 team playoff then Michigan won the very last one
In all actually Michigan will beat another big 10 team lol
We shot ourselves in the foot
Good this is some more rubbing it in your face!
Michigan had the toughest players, better quarterback, and head coach.
Milroe should’ve ran he think he Tom Brady . Michigan just flat out beat tf out us we looked scared
WHERE IS PAUL FINEBAUM
They ran a QB power on an 8 man box bro awful play call 5 lineman wasn’t gonna block 8
Do you know defensive strategy? If yes or no, Michigan showed an open A, Milroe read it, Michigan consumed it!!!
The real natty was the OSU game. Much tougher game, in the big house.
Gregor holera
Hoping Washington beat Michigan!!
Michigan just proved alabama didnt deserve the a position that belonged to an undefeated team, just like Washington did with Texas
