We went during my daughters birthday celebration weekend. Honestly we found the interior very cool- I was dazzled by the ice cave that changes colors lol. Yes, it's a lot similar to Rainforest Cafe, so if that's not your thing I wouldn't suggest T-Rex either. My husband orders cheeseburgers everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE. His triple cheeseburger was huge and tasted fine. I got the seafood/meat combo thing with steak, shrimp & an odd "bay-bay" scallop dealio. Everything on the plate tasted decent (the steak was actually very flavorful) aside from the weird scallop dish (I was expecting something like seared scallops, not scallops-au-gratin lol). Our little enjoyed her cute meal. We do like sweet drinks so we enjoyed our cocktails. You are definitely going for ambiance and not the flavor here. Yes, it is pricey and you might even say cheesy, but in a MAGICAL place like Disney, it felt pretty magical to us.
I used to love going to Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney when I was younger. But as I got older it wasn't as much fun anymore. So, I agree these types of restaurants are more for the kiddos.
We went there on May 21st and my dino loving boys thought it was the BEST! I had the same pasta and thought it was a little bland also but my husband had the meatloaf and loved it and the kids loved their pizza they ordered. We've gone to Rainforest Cafe multiple times so we were excited to check out TREX!
Thank you ladies for the review. Our family is going there in January and this was a great review for us. The grand kids will love the dinosaurs and the animatronics. The appetizer and dessert will be on our list for sure. As far as my expectation I figure it will be like some of the character breakfast meals that Disney offers. We are there for the characters and the food is ok.
Thank you SO MUCH for going to T-Rex! My 4 yr old LOVES dinosaurs & we're going to surprise her when we go to WDW and eat here. Now I know to get the dessert. Love you ladies. Y'all are friends I never met. ❤
I laughed when you said let me know if you've been to T-Rex. My daughter LOVES Dinosaurs! She's 20 now so we have tried some new places the last couple of trips but she still went in there and bought a plastic dino. LOL
My daughter made me go there on our last trip. I knew there were so many better places to eat, but the WOW factor got my daughter. I had low expectations for it. Ended up getting some kind of mushroom veggie burger and i was pleasantly surprised. However, I’m eating at Honecomin next time.
I am a 35 year old Englishwoman and the first time I went to T-Rex cafe I was DAZZLED. Friends who are locals took me because they know how much of a dinosaur fan I am and I just love it. Yes it's cheesy, yes the food is just fine, but DINOSAURS.
AllEars, can you guys please try to do something about the volume changes with the audio? Half the time I can barely hear them, and then the next cut scene my speakers are getting blown out. 😳
Meet the Robinsons - I’m not sure how well this plan was thought through. There’s your answer Quincy. Entertaining as always ladies!! Eating here tomorrow with the kiddos and that dessert is a Must!
So....Middle of the road food, that will not surprise anyone. Pretty much as I expected. Those Hot Nashville Wings were a pleasant surprise. Spicy food should be spicy. Thank you both for taking the bullet on this one.
Went there once when my daughter was little and loved dinos. We ate after going early to build a Dino. She still has Patty the apatosaurus and is now 17. Definitely is somewhere you go for the theming and not really the food - was passable but are definitely better meals out there. Maybe next time you go just for appetizers and desserts?
Went there once with kids & grandkids. And there is no worries if one of the little ones cuts up... the ambient noise level masks any vocal outburst. All that said, my wife is addicted to those cottontiny shaker drinks, and now T-Rex is a de rigeur stop whenever we go to Disney (without family in tow). We head directly to the bar to satisfy my wife’s craving, then we head out to have great food elsewhere.
Great to see some different restaurants even if they may not be for me. Is Tony's in the magic kingdom open? Is it time to check them out again. We once had our best meal there (a long time ago 2000 maybe) and our worse.
i ate there after traveling to disney and wanted something quick and my friends liked the dinosaurs and i got a cheeseburger and fries and it hit the spot when i was starving
You go here because you have kids. Once they get older and lost interest, you stop coming. As was stated in the video, much better places to eat at Disney Spring. But I will admit, I miss the days of eating there with my girls. Good memories!
Reality check: This is a restaurant for families with kids 12 & under. And with Disney gearing food & merch to adults that have the cash, it is great to have opportunities for kids. Nice job the review.
@allearsmolly I love that you dress up for all of your videos! You also give awesome tips! Can you do a disability access video around the parks? I would love to know what rides I can and can’t do being a wheelchair user and having back issues. ❤️
Did they seat you next to a giant moldy Twinkie? On the request of our daughter’s friend’s family (because they had coupons) we ate there 12 years ago. It looks like nothing has changed - a persistent deafening rumble of murmurings accompanied by a cacophony of strident sugar charged children with mediocre food. That said the girls enjoyed themselves but when recently asked about it, they have no recollection. It certainly left an indelible mark on my psyche; I believe it’s called PTSD.
I love both of you...even undercover but I'll still have to pass, there are far too many better places to eat at the springs. The food is just too meh for me. Ok, the mouth explosion for dessert looked tempting at least.
I would never go back to trex. The service was horrible and the food wasn’t that great and of course expensive. The waiter never came back with refills for our drinks and we asked and were ignored and I was charged incorrectly
I love that you guys are going in depth on restaurants that aren’t always talked about much. Nice change of pace from the usual favs
Loving the Molly/Quincy duo videos! So much fun :)
11:09 Brutally honest reviews by Molly (tm): "Have you been to Olive Garden?" hahaha
I died
Molly needs to accept she likes sweet things after all the sweet things she eats and likes but says she's not a fan of sweet things LOL
I think she’s just being polite and trying to not sound bratty. You can tell when she really likes something because her face lights up.
She likes sweets I believe, just not sweet cocktails
You took the words out of my mouth...
I have no desire to ever go to this restaurant, but I’ll watch anything with Molly & Quincy in it!

I tend to go places for the amazing food when I travel, but I can absolutely see how kids would love this place and be thrilled with the theming.
I like these restaurants. They are fun & make u feel like a kid. I’ve never had a bad meal.
You two are a really entertaining team....already loved Molly. She is the best.
Loving the Molly and Quincy collaborations! The two of you are so entertaining, honest, funny and informative. Thank you for these!!🤗💛

Hehehe. Love the way Molly said “bay-bay” made me laugh
Moira Rose!
I'm curious about Yak and Yeti personally! Would love to see a review of that!
We always enjoy it there
The cotton candy explained is the best!!
My fear of animatronic dinosaurs is just as bad as Molly’s fear of Ursula 🤣
Nice with the "Meet the Robinsons" reference!!
Thank you SO MUCH for going to T-Rex! My 4 yr old LOVES dinosaurs & we're going to surprise her when we go to WDW and eat here. Now I know to get the dessert. Love you ladies. Y'all are friends I never met. ❤
Bahaha @ the little Moira Rose from Molly during the drink review
Loving the Jurassic Park attire, references, all of it.
Lol I love it when she makes a bunch of nerd jokes like with star wars, jurrasic park, and harry potter.
I would go just for the dessert, chocolate extinction, which would be an explosion of flavor in my mouth. Lol
We need more of Quincy...
I laughed when you said let me know if you've been to T-Rex. My daughter LOVES Dinosaurs! She's 20 now so we have tried some new places the last couple of trips but she still went in there and bought a plastic dino. LOL
I love the restaurant review videos! It is really helping me select places for my October trip!
My daughter made me go there on our last trip. I knew there were so many better places to eat, but the WOW factor got my daughter. I had low expectations for it. Ended up getting some kind of mushroom veggie burger and i was pleasantly surprised. However, I’m eating at Honecomin next time.
We ate here during our Disney trip in October and we sat under the jelly fish next to the stegosaurus. The kids loved it!
T-Rex is the next level up from Rainforest Cafe!
I loved the Rainforest Cafe back in it's heyday. I've been to T Rex also. For me.. it's more about the atmosphere than anything else. 😊
I am a 35 year old Englishwoman and the first time I went to T-Rex cafe I was DAZZLED. Friends who are locals took me because they know how much of a dinosaur fan I am and I just love it. Yes it's cheesy, yes the food is just fine, but DINOSAURS.
This will be me also. I'm 49 and have loved dinosaurs my entire life. We are going to Disney in October and I hope to stop at T-Rex on our way home.
We are heading there in July and this is seriously the restaurant I am most excited for!
meet the robinsons movie from quincy one of my fav quotes too "big head and little arms"
Their costumes are so cute!
All environment at T Rex. Fam split the tower appetizer. Not quality eats but it’s Super FUN.
AllEars, can you guys please try to do something about the volume changes with the audio? Half the time I can barely hear them, and then the next cut scene my speakers are getting blown out. 😳
I agree
Quincy's hair appreciation post.
Love seeing these honest Doctors together!

I’m 26 years old now. I went when I was maybe 17? I loved it and the gift shop 💕
Went there once with kids & grandkids. And there is no worries if one of the little ones cuts up... the ambient noise level masks any vocal outburst. T-Rex is basically a more subtle and less loud version of the rain forest cafe
Great to see some different restaurants even if they may not be for me. Is Tony's in the magic kingdom open? Is it time to check them out again. We once had our best meal there (a long time ago 2000 maybe) and our worse.
Molly is my spirit animal. I say “bay bay” to everything baby!!!
Thanks- could you do a review of Morimoto Asia?
I would love to see a review of Yachtsman Steakhouse!
i ate there after traveling to disney and wanted something quick and my friends liked the dinosaurs and i got a cheeseburger and fries and it hit the spot when i was starving
I think I'm in love with Quincy🤣🤣
My roommate is too lol
Place is impossible to book a dinner reservation for these days LOL
my family and i ate their abt two weeks ago and we got to sit in the ice cave. it was rly cool
I love the loaded nachos at T Rex!
The half chicken and ribs are delicious!
You go here because you have kids. Once they get older and lost interest, you stop coming. As was stated in the video, much better places to eat at Disney Spring. But I will admit, I miss the days of eating there with my girls. Good memories!
Thanks for going. What a struggle to review that!
T-Rex does have the best pretzels
I went on my college program with my roommates and we ate in the Ice cave before seeing Ice Age the movie
Ok there can be NO more recordings with Quincy’s phone.
Hey Molly and Quincy! Would you be able to review Paradiso 37? I think that's the name. I don't hear too much about that one.
Extra points to Quincy for the "Meet the Robinsons" quote.
We love our Landry card 💕 Have only eaten there once and didn't care for it.. may have to give it another try..we do prefer Rainforest.
We only go there just for the Chocolate Extinction!!! It's amazing 🥰
My son would have LOVED that place when he was little!
I'd like to see you guys go to the lesser vlogged restaurants. Chicken guy, morimoto, planet Hollywood, raglan road
What’s it like to hear Harry Styles and Jonas Brothers and be completely unaffected. Asking for a friend.
Reality check: This is a restaurant for families with kids 12 & under. And with Disney gearing food & merch to adults that have the cash, it is great to have opportunities for kids. Nice job the review.
So I heard go for dessert...?
I literally have never heard of this one.. where is this ?
Disney Springs
Need to know where Molly’s hat is from please
Does anyone know if they’ll let you in just to walk around to see everything and browse the gift shop if you’re not dining there?
“Did you have the pasta?” Molly to the roar-burping dino 🤣
How could ANYONE downvote these two???
@allearsmolly I love that you dress up for all of your videos! You also give awesome tips! Can you do a disability access video around the parks? I would love to know what rides I can and can’t do being a wheelchair user and having back issues. ❤️

Kids screaming = no T-Rex for me! 😩 Loved the chocolate “explosion” scene! 😍 Molly sounds kind of tipsy (or maybe tired?) at the end. 🤠
I love both of you...even undercover but I'll still have to pass, there are far too many better places to eat at the springs. The food is just too meh for me. Ok, the mouth explosion for dessert looked tempting at least.
Reminds me of the rainforest cafe
Dr. Alan Grant was the name of my dentist growing up, so I keep getting confused by hearing his name over and over. 😅
Have you ever seen "Jurassic Park" the movie? He's a scientist, and a main character in the movie.
@@leelashope8971 Yes I know! Was still funny to keep hearing the name
Great video. But Quincy needs a better phone. The sound quality from her phone is terrible.
"This is the wrong way to consume alcohol." -Ron Swanson
The last time I went to T-Rex I had a Strawberry Lemonade and got food poisoned... but the food was great!
Well The T-Rex is a family restaurant. A place to bring the kids to because it’s fun not because of the food.
Love you Molly! ❤️😊
If my child was small, I might be interested. He is 34, so he wants to go to Morimoto Asia now.
5:17 "most likely your here because your kids wanted to eat here". I take offense to that.
Quincy’s gorgeous! Wow
Quincy, D Y N O MITE LIKE JAYJAY ON GOOD TIMES.
I would never go back to trex. The service was horrible and the food wasn’t that great and of course expensive. The waiter never came back with refills for our drinks and we asked and were ignored and I was charged incorrectly
Intrepid Reviewers! Bless your bravery. I love Dinosaurs but not enough to subject myself to that Restaurant!
Is this at Disney Springs?
Quincy is awesome.
tbh, It's so great for the kiddos tho.
It’s just too loud in there also. 1 and done for this restaurant
I have irrational fear of animatronic dinos, so this is an easy skip! 😂😬
Someone’s been watching Schitts Creek xD
Bad news, we all ate there once and got food poisoning. We should have reported it but didn't.
Can you use a build-a-bear gift card in this T rex merch shop?
Hi Molly
Hello Molly!
U guys should go to homecomin
