My favorite pre-show at the parks is definitely Rise of the Resistance. I resisted looking at any videos for the ride until I got to go on, and I'm really glad I did because that pre-show, and the entire ride after, blew my mind.
Can you hurry up and get EPCOT done already? Iger would’ve had it done months ago.. you’re slackin, Chapek. Oh and bring back Horizons while you’re at it. Thanks homie
One of the things I love about the Rise of the Resistance pre-show is that you enter the transport on Batuu from one side. Then, when you land in the Star Destroyer you exit. From the same side. Because the transport is on a giant turntable, it's not just a glorified door. When I first went on it, I saw people gather at the door on the far side, expecting it to open like in Star Tours, where you enter from one side and leave through the other. But then that door never opened. And they turned around and saw that they really had been moved.
One of my favorite and absolute fondest memories were of the queue for Autopia. No one I talk to remembers this either and it makes me so sad because it’s gone now. Thank you so much for bringing some Disney fun in for people who can’t go because of COVID. I’ve been binging your videos and am excited for the future ones!
An important note about the stretching room at HM is that it gives your eyes time to adjust to the darkness of the ride. Since MK has cut it due to covid restrictions, I’ve seen people complain that the ride seems so much darker and they can hardly see anything
If you like the Soarin' preshow, you really should check out the preshow for the one newly opened at Tokyo Disneysea. It's out of this world. It's a celebration of the history of flight from the viewpoint of Italian engineers, but the real treat is when a room full of paintings and diagrams and everything come to life and fly across the walls. I can't tell how they perfected the illusion. It looks so incredibly real in life, like Harry Potter moving portraits but times 100, as they can actually come OUT Of their frames as well. Another really unique one that isn't found anywhere else in the world is Shanghai's 'once upon a time adventure'. But my favourite pre-show for me is a tie between Indiana Jones Tokyo Disneysea or Tower of Terror Disneysea, which features original storylines since they have their own mythology. Unfortuantely, I live in Asia so I'm more familiar with Asian Disney parks but I do definitely think you should do some vids exploring the differences between the different worldwide rides preshows! Anyway, great vids!
I agreed with this list until I saw Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest weren’t on it. Not even an avatar fan, but the preshow for that experience was next level.
After having seen some episodes of The Twilight Zone, I was able to find some, you could say, easter eggs in the que and at the very end right in between the drops and the drop off at the end. So if you are a fan of the show, you could probably recognize a couple items that come from it.
The last time Disneyland was like fully open It was Soarin Over California! I am certain because I to ride it 3 more times than I thought I would ever be able to!
One of the best preshows that is no longer around was the original Universe of Energy with its cube shuffling screen. I will say that at Disneyland, the app lets you decode the Indiana Jones wall codes. It was actually really fun when I was deciding halfway through the line and halfway through the 3rd breakdown in that time if I was going to stick it out

I think Star Tours walk through the space port is better than a few of those - although that might have been a bit too much Star Wars for the list. That was fun. Nice video.

That is the best TH-cam video intro I have ever seen!!
your best video of the year so far!!
the rise of the resistance rey hologram is a mirror trick! the circle thing on the top that she’s standing under is just a half circle reflect and then she’s projected on or from the mirror :-)
Space Mountain’s preshow is my favorite in the world. It’s my favorite ride and I think that the preshow sets up the tone of the ride perfectly.
I'm a little sad now that I know that WDW has a way cooler preshow-AND a postshow? We have an exit next to a bathroom.
“And uninvaded”. Legit laughed out loud!
This is probably my favorite framing for a video you've done. The Twilight Zone is such a fun show.
