The one community day I want is gible because I have 160 candies but I don't even have a good gible. Also I'm super excited to get shiny celebs! When you get like 10k I can say I was here from 100 subs LOL. The only reason I found your channel was because of your comments on large pokemon go youtuber's channels. A lot of folks definitely had that impression same as you - I wished it was something like Saturday dedicated to 2019 and Sunday dedicated to 2020 but Niantic being Niantic, you can't expect anything too high. I believe Swinub will make a comeback in the holiday event when Ice types are usually more prominent but I hope you hatch some Swinub for the candy - Mamoswine is an awesome ice type attacker! Best of luck ✨

I have the next two videos planned already but will get around making a video about the Kanto global event after I research thoroughly enough about it and find what questions players are frequently asking about it. When did you start playing? I've seen mixed reactions about it but new players will definitely benefit from this event. Hoping you get lots of new shinies - make sure you play hard during the 11 AM - 5 PM time period on both days for the shiny rate boost ✨

My reaction was just: wtf niantic??? For comm days, I usually just sit at home, and put on incense. I was so hyped for shiny mudkip, because mudkip is my favorite pokemon, but noo, niantic wants us to go outside and spin stops, for a 1/50 (i think thats the egg shiny rate) x 1/11 (chance of getting mudkip from the egg pool) chance to get the shiny I want.
Totally understand your reaction. I'm seeing a lot of folks feel the same way. There's a few valid stuff that players rightfully are upset about especially with the 2018 exclusion and no team go rocket invasion event to TM away Frustration.

I believe I answered this at 9:28 in the video but in case you missed it, not sure if it will be boosted but from last year’s online reports from other players who raided for CD Pokémon, it didn’t seem like the shiny rates were boosted. Maybe slightly boosted but not enough to justify spending too many raid passes.

I mention this a little in my answer at 0:51 and also repeated details about 2019 CD Pokémon at 7:30 but in case it was missed or you didn’t get that far, it looks like wild spawns will be concentrated on 2020 CD Pokémon only. CD 2019 Pokémon will be more isolated in 2km and in raids.
If you’re able to, take advantage of the 1/2 egg hatch distance bonus and hatch 2km eggs in the 6hr timeframe 11am-5pm. Jog in place or move around your home if you’re in lockdown indoors in attempt to hatch a few 2019 mons. Hoping you get a good batch of Pokémon throughout that weekend!
