  • A childhood friend of mine lent me his Sea Born FX25 Bay boat so that we could take the families out to Egmont Key State Park and bird sanctuary. We splashed the boat at Fort DeSoto Boat Ramp for 6 bucks and were on our way! The only other way to explore this beautiful state park is by way of ferry out of Hubbard's Marina so this saved us a ton of money. Come along as we explore Egmont Key State Park and the surrounding waters. From Snorkeling to manatees, to exploring the island for lighthouses, forts, and turtles we have a great time!

Having a good time snorkeling. It's cool to see manatee up close. Fun for all family. 👍

It's probably the prettiest place in the Tampa Bay area to get out and snorkel. Great water clarity compared to most places
