i was't brave enough to e a leader when i was young and i thought i wasn't born leader, but then things changed as I went outside my comfort zone, all the challenges makes me strong, and it makes me a leader and i think the sociological and cognitive factor has something to be with it and not just because you were born leader. Also, those people who said they were born leader or being a leader even when they are young are those who have formed their capability of a leader at young age - it is may be all because of the social and cognitive factors and not just because of the hereditary genes of a leader. WELL, this is my opinion. your video or lecture broaden my knowledge though, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Regarding the great man theory. According to Shakespeare...Some people are born with greatness, some people learn to be great whilst others have greatness thrust apon them.
