because the noise is for some people like a win, to make the opponent weak, nervous, but that's a shame, not skills but noise generated by fans seems to be more important, it should be decent show, respect but not like in a circus
PG's ball had a lot of left-to-right component on landing and Dima' contact point was surprisingly ambiguous. It has to be analyzed frame-by-frame. Could it have had enough spin-bend at such slow speeds to have caught the side? Personally I think it smelled like Dima's point, but the ump's perspective was hopelessly defective in information.
