As a person who uses most of these customisations, the only downside is the amount of time spent setting them up! It could take quite literally the entire day but when you do get it up and running, boy do you feel good about it!

I've had my s23 beige for a week, and I adore it, especially the customization features. However, for the time being, I'm still using my nova launcher prime, which has many customization options.
@@gLOWbalx i was using nova on my S20 before i switched to the s23, you can add a funcion in nova where you set home button gesture to recent apps That means a single short swipe up like you would do to close an app will open the recent app drawer as long as you already are on the home screen. that fixed the problem for me but as I said, after 7 years of using nova i switched back to default when i go my S23

I been using all of these features and much more for a while now. I can tell you the one-hand operation is the best. I can stick my phone behind my head and not even look at the phone and open 12 apps with the swiping gestures. Swipe in the direction you program the app. 6 on the right side of the phone and 6 on the left side of the phone. So I have on the right side. ring, messages, TH-cam, Facebook, back, Facebook messages. the left side I have the web, gallery, OfferUp, Microsoft 365, Gmail, nest thermostat. No matter what app you are in it works fluently just wipe in a direction you set the app to and it will go from one app to the next app so fast it'll make your head spin. This will also work if you're in split-screen mode turn the phone sideways and now the swipe gestures will work from the top and the bottom of the phone. All 12. Crazy I don't even know how Samsung pulled this off. Samsung phones will force you to be smarter just to keep up with them. I can double press my volume up and turn on all my outside lights then I can double press the volume down button and turn them all back off. This works with modes and routines. Definitely handy when my wife is coming home late at night .
I set up a shortcut for the flashlight and changed the intensity now I'm kinda abusing it, way too easy to turn on and off 🤩 Also changed the keyboard and while the effects are amazing changing between my 3 languages is not as seamless as the g board... am I missing something or is it a Samsung deficiency?
i love stock android and have been so happy with my Pixel 4a for the last 3 years, but after this video i may switch to an s22 or s23. my pixel is giving some battery issues and i could use the money to repair it to just buy a new one. s23 is still a bit pricy 2nd hand though, so either i get an s22 or try to wait a little longer to the s23 to get cheaper and have saved more money

Routines App definitely needs to be more powerful, wherein it can trigger actions inside of apps as well. Like the SHORTCUT MAKER, can access settings inside of apps, Routines should allow us doing something similar, like how TASKER allows rooted android users. edit: Also it is so useful. I always charge my phone wirelessly overnight, so as soon as I put it on wireless charges, slow charging at 5W is activated and charging stops at 85% until alarm rings and I stop it, then it goes upto 100% (which means it never overcharges my phones, and in case I need to quickly charge it backup using wire, it goes back to FAST CHARGING at 45W automatically) and using KeysCafe you can literally customize you keyboard as you want (including keys locations, height, width, etc of each key) which I used to give it the EXACT layout as that of GBOARD, and I am good to go.

Did you download the Good Lock app? There's tons of further customization in there, like Sam shows. I used all of them on my previous phone which was the Samsung Galaxy A42, which is a lower tier phone than the 21FE.
