This will all be automated soon. I have dealt with back to back to back horrible, incompetent , completely useless agents. 99% of agents are completely useless at dealing with any “complicated” RE transaction outside if 20% down conventional. F them.

I think it's better to consult with a local real estate agent. The marketing is just a small portion of the work that needs to go into selling a home!
