Dude I know you are not as much as a ‘watch guy’ as the others out there, but this has actually been one of the more informative watch videos out there, thanks man 🙏🏼
Cameron is one of the only dealers I trust. He's authentic, knowledgeable, and passionate about every aspect of the watch world. Buying a vintage piece from anyone except Craft and Tailored / Menta watches is risky business !
I have been watching watch content since the early days of hodinkee, and this is one of them most refreshing, well-produced videos I've seen in years. You have a clear, concise, and entertaining voice. Please make more watch content! 🙏
Picked up a MaMaCoo 's watch as my first watch last month and I’m absolutely in love with it. Perfect size, looks elegant, very comfortable. Now my only problem is holding off from buying more watches so quickly!
Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the amzwatch, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.
I’m pretty sure the radium girls wet the top of their paintbrushes to get a really fine point so they could accurately paint on the numerals. Where did I you get the bit about them having been asked to do so by their employer?
Awesome watch choice man, I've got a Tudor Prince Oysterdate with the rare railroad dial, box/papers and the same strap. I would love a Tudor Sub though. I wonder at what time they started printing Tudor on the bracelets, mines an '88 and is a Rolex bracelet, no Tudor markings.
As my journey into Watches begins I find myself enamoured with their history, any good books you’d recommend on the topic? Keep the vids coming mate, live from Australia
As a watch collector I was aware of Craft and Tailored but I was not aware of how kind and knowledgeable Cameron is. There are a lot of dbag types in the second hand watch market/ grey market dealers and its very refreshing to see someone who has class and a clear enthusiasm about the watches themselves, not just the money, running that business. PS Don't keep that travel clock in an enclosed space like a desk drawer. Radium also emits radon gas, which is not good and you do not want it building up in a confined space and remember, with radiation, distance is your friend. PPS you have a bunch of scammers in your comments. I would block any comment that uses two of these emojis in it:
My brother has a nice watch collection, because he has a one percenter job that allows him to travel the world...and he generally times his purchases for when a country's currency tanks...which means that it's quite economical when you realize you don't have to pay VAT. I know he has a Patek Philippe and definitely a Rolex Daytona--among others. He just texted me a week ago, to show his impulse purchase: a Tudor watch, purchased in Singapore. He purchased the Tudor as a watch that he can wear without fear of getting robbed. But personally, while I'm a clothes horse with a lifetime of vintage enthusiasm, I don't care for watches. I view them like Black BMW's in LA--a sure sign that you're broke and overcompensating. So, I keep just two watches--a formal one bought at Melrose Fred Segal when they were showcasing what was the new Shinola Brand; and a super casual 50 dollar Snoopy Halloween Watch, which I wear all year long. It glows in the dark!
As a hairy armed man, how do you deal with the metal watch bands pinching your arm hair? Also gotdamn Albert the fit on the jeans is crazy, whenever I get close to that kind of fit I can't put anything in my pockets lol
The wrist stuff you get used to and then it stops?! I’ve been wearing watches on bracelets for like 4 years. As for the jeans. I never use the front pockets. High and tight cowboy style back pockets make storing things manageable and key on belt loop
You can get a cool old watch for less that $100 if you avoid the collector market. Fun hobby if you want to but for style reasons there is no reason to blow your rent.
Please keep it coming with the TH-cam videos Albert

Damn! Such a nice piece! I’m currently very happy with my collection, but this is a piece I would consider getting in the future
It’s funny that a 93’ Tudor Sub has a plexi crystal even though Rolex had moved to using sapphire crystals 5-10 years before then. Cool pickup man!

You got a Subaru, and that's awesome.

The go-to book is "A Man & His Watch" but I'd highly recommend catalogue books for the brands you love.
okay, ngl i was a bit sceptical seeing the title but as soon as i heard craft & tailored i knew it would be good

Looking like Magnum PI, so did you buy a Rolex Pepsi? I dig the shirt. 12:00 I totally disagree. A trashy look makes high end watches look like crap.
