Rechargeable fans are actually a liability in the long run. Unless you are going to be in a position that is very far from the power socket often, you will be not needing it. Even then, you need to consider battery lifetime. For the price point this fan is at, you need to be open to the fact that it may suffer from memory effect, you can't expect to get the cutting edge batteries that come with high end smartphones. so you need to discard it after certain years. That's a terrible waste of money. I hope the fan has the ability to draw power direct from the socket. But there is one other problem, cleaning the fan, It doesn't look like a fan that can be opened and cleaned. If it collects too much dust, you can't use it any more an you need to discard it.
