Well, it's too late now but: a Procharger is the thing that Zach is looking for in the chop department. No obstruction of the exhaust because the turbo wheel is driven by the crankshaft. Just sayin... 😎✌️

If you prioritize the wastegate too much , you will need big springs to keep the gates closed ( flow can push them open early ) so its a balance imo. Too much air and the gates blow open early. Too little and you get boost creep. From experience, Two 50 mm gates arent going to creep

Its not 1bar of exaust preshure 😊 you run a boost hose to the wg membrane so it lifts up the membrane inside witch pulls up the piston and lets gas flow past 😊
running boost to the top of the WG is called dome pressure. thats to build pressure in the top of the WG forcing the diaphragm and the valve down in order to reach a target boost level which is regulated through a boost controller from the manifold to the controller and then from the controller to the top of the WG. this setup runs entirely off of WG spring pressure. the springs are rated for a certain PSI and will fully collapse under that pressure meaning that you dont need to have any lines run to the WG at all, you just rely on the spring pressure to operate when the gate opens.
the .9 would make it a really fun car... people need to realise that what really makes a car fun is whats under the curve, you being that cool kid with big numbers on a dyno but it only makes that power at the top of your rpm is going to be a slug to drive around fine for drag racing but hopeless everywhere else... where the .9 being able to bring in the boost alot lower in the rpm into the midrange where all the drivability is and also more linear more fun in the seat is what matters
and to use the boost advisor you need to sign up on there site first .... spend time on that give them your info and THEN try to see if there tool can actually help u ... fk thatt
Zachary Zachary, youd actually get the same chop if not a little more and sound out of a TT with a x pipe on a v8, big ass single is gonna be alot quieter than you think and sound more like a tractor with a unequal length manifold. Yea youll still hear chop with a single but twins retain "closest to the NA sound" as possible being that they still keep the banks fully separate until the exhaust and still keep chop as well. And you can still mount the single turbo to the front side of the engine with a single and build a equal length manifold also use a twin scroll design for the turbo flange to keep the banks separate all the way to the turbo flange inlet. AND DONT RUN A STUPID HOOD DUMP THAT SHITS TRASH lol!

You want uneven exhaust flow. Equal length exhaust flow causes sound issues or harmonic's that brakes parts . Ask engineers of engines .
