i sometimes feel like stromae is our european little treasure, but i agree that his work deserves way more recognition. i would for sure recommend you to listen to carmen, it's incredible

another recommendation for stromae in my opinion would be carmen that was the first thing i watched of him and its brilliant.
Merci is is unique : just for information he worked so hard that he fell ill: burn out ... he has to take major medical treatment which is why at the moment we don't hear much of him. stromae is a genius! "Quand c'est" is pronounced like "cancer" and in the music he explains that cancer takes everyone from children to old so when will be his turn. in the end the white spots are souls prized by cancer. 😊

Thank you guys for the reaction. I know I'm asking a lot but did you heard about Orelsan ? He's a lyricist, him and Stromae worked a few times together. I recommend you "Basique", it has the translation. The best one is "Note pour trop tard" but it's 7 minutes long and has no translation on the video unfortunately.
