Damn that kid in ‘61 hit a missile dude 😂🤝
Lappe's bat speed on that last one was incredible
This is just scary 15:53
What a great compilation of some of the most intense moments in LLWS history. I read some of the posts on other LLWS sites and just smile when they say, "It's nice to see these boys playing for the fun of it." The reality is these games are as important to each of those boys and girls as the Major League World Series is to pro players.
8:01 that outfielder will remember that for the rest of his life
Yea last year I was in regionals and smth happened like that to me in the outfield and we lost by that one run and I will never forget it
14:42 I feel so bad for the catcher
Yeah that was brutal :(
2007 and 2011 were iconic
It’s crazy see how kids used wood bats before 1970 witch is the first year they implemented metal bats
2:33 I feel so bad for that catcher
Ain’t no way they had ump cam in 1993
2001, Why in the world would that kid grab the cut-off. They had a shot of getting him till he caught it
We went to 1951-2015 in like 5 minutes
2:35 Ik it’s a rule in mlb im not sure if it is in the LLWS but isn’t the runner out if the coach touches them when the play is live?
rare case where the rule is the same from LL to MLB.... assisting a runner, that runner is out.
Yes, if he aids the player in touching home plate, which he did, he is out.
the replay showed the runner actually touched home plate the first time. otherwise, yes it would be interference. you can’t assist a live runner
first like, view, and comment!
13:33 bro didn’t touch home plate😭
wasnt a homer and runner on 2nd was the winning run, thought abt that originally too
He didn't need to. The winning run already scored
it wouldn’t have counted anyway, the winning run already scored. the only way it would count was if he hit the ball over the fence for a homerun
Louis

.. Lappe 👏👏, 👏👏👏
