Based on my read, "catching the shadow" is more of less equilvalent to Freestyle's grand amplitude system. The weird stuff about the spine is referring to the losing wrestler's legs folding as they are lifted off the ground, and the casting a shadow part is about their entire body being projected onto the ground becussw theyve been compeletely lifted.
That makes a whole lot more sense than whatever I was trying to say!

@@MixedMartialAri They sure do 👊Actually I'm only surprised that judo wasn't mentioned alongside sumo in the bökh part of the video, since there are tons of really high level mongolian judokas with their background in bökh.
