Have you personally used that product? I've seen mixed reviews.
All water based acrylic deck " stain" are a disaster. And many " penetrating" oil based stains are not too far behind.
Semi transparent acrylic based stains are terrible. You can’t just reapply when they begin to peel and crack, you have to spend tons of money and use chemicals to remove them so that you can re-stain.
Learned this the hard way. Did my front stairs in a Semi Transparent and after the winter, it looks horrible. Have to powerwash it all off and sand it down again. More work added just by choosing the wrong type of stain.
