Rem is played by Megumi Hamada. Misa is played by Fuka Yuzuki.
I know everyone likes the English song, but I am in love with the actresses's expressions and acting in this particular segment, so I decided to upload this small cut here.

They're both amazing in a lot of other musicals, too! Fuuka was Eponine in Les Mis, and recently she was Johanna in Sweeney Todd, and O-Mitsu and O-Sachi (twins) in a musical called Tenpo Year 12 Shakespeare, which is... Shakespeare stories in Edo period Japan, but also really '70's. It's pretty wonderful. (She actually sang Rem's song "When Love Comes" at a concert last year, which was amazing). Hamada Megumi has played Fantine in Les Mis, Elphaba in Wicked, Ellen and Eva in Frankenstein (every actor plays two characters in Frankenstein), but before the DVD. She's going to be in a new musical called The Illusionist soon.
