Complete Bentgrass Renovation Results | Jonathan Green Black Beauty Ultra

I've noticed a few problem areas in the lawn, particularly in the front, along the side of the driveway near the neighboring property, which I think it spread from. Creeping Bentgrass was spreading fast and wild. It can be tough to contain, but I chose to tackle it head on ripping out the turf and shallow roots by hand.
Next, I roughed up the soil real good, added some new soil mixed in with some liquid bio stimulant applications with RGS and Humic 12. Mixed in some Jonathan Green Ultra Black Beauty TTTF/Perennial Rye blends and it came in real nicely. It took a while and with no rain, I maintained dedication to keeping the soil wet 3x a day for a couple weeks, then scaled back. Prior to this, I thoroughly and evenly spread the seed with the spreader and lightly raked it in while sprinkling a dose of soil on top as well.
Really impressed with how it turned out!
