- This scripture study comes from Matath'Yahu/Matthew 26:41, where it reads, "Watch and pray. that you enter not into temptation: the Ruach/Spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak". And it's witness 1 Kapa/1 Peter 5:8, "Be sober, be vigilant; because you adversary the devil, walks about as a roaring lion, seeking who he can devour".
Yes, family you have an enemy and he is cunning; he can take any form to deceive you. This is why Yahuah says, "Be on your Guard". Don't get comfortable, because in our comfort, we can lose sight of what's important and at the moment when we seek not Yahuah --- The Evil One will come in a make sin look good.
Be sober and vigilant in your pursuit of Yahuah, in your pursuit of his Truth, not the opinions or approval of man. Guard the teachings of Yahusha. Your enemy knows he has but a little time don't allow him to make you miss Yahuah. Be on the lookout and pray, seek Yahuah diligently that you are not caught off guard.

Question: how do I overcome bad thoughts? Even when I'm trying not to think of them.

Let me start off by saying I'm NOT a teacher, doctor, prophet or apostle but what I am is a servant of TMH Yahuah. I've been in that boat before, and the Evil One will flood your mind with all kinds of thoughts to throw you off the path you're supposed to be on.
The weapon you have is Prayer; when we pray (daily) to Yahuah in the name of Yahusha seeking strength or help in any situation he will help you, but you have to trust him 100%. And have faith that he will because without faith/amunah its hard to please Yahuah.
Next thing and this is what I did, I identified the thoughts and instead of trying to bury them --- acknowledge them and deny them any power over your life in the name of Yahusha.
Once you're in practice of praying to Yahuah and denying those thoughts you will be free of them but it all starts with belief in and prayer to Yahuah. Shalum (Peace unto you)!!

Praise Yahuah for his answers and unfailing love. I really needed this because I wanted to overcome all these wicked thoughts I didn't want to think because for the past 2 years before he pulled me out of Babylon church, I was having the worst battles ever while I was at work trying to focus but couldn't because of how severe it was like I was being forced to think something bad. That is until I heard a child screaming "STOP, STOP, STOP, STOP". So I looked and saw the kid looking at my direction but he was looking up like someone was behind me off the ground or up the ceiling and so I looked and no one was there. It disturbed me for a moment until I realized that a demon was attacking me and I realized that the kid was 3 or 5 year old and actually saw it and his parents didn't and said "who are you talking to"? After that it stopped like the kid scared it off. I wish I was making this up but It really did happened and it got me so disturbed to think about it because I didn't know what that meant. And now after a few weeks of eating less of food and not eating, because of knowing Yahuah's truth to me; I am still recovering from fear and trembling after realizing who's name I accidentally accepted that I didn't know was demonic but wanted to repent immediately. And he did revealed to me his Son's true name mostly on TH-cam proving his Authority to flood videos of his Son's true name in front me which was a blessing and so I had to accept them because I knew they had to be the truth. I was very happy to know that he still delivered me his Son's name and I accepted it. But I am trying to take everything slow now because I feel like I'm still a lost child trying to know him like I had to start over. Again I really appreciate the message and Praise Yahuah and his son Yahusha HaMashiach.

It sounds like you have a very powerful testimony of what Yahuah has done for you. In what you explained about the incident with the demon perhaps the child that scream stop represents the purity of Yahuah and only a pure heart can ward off demonic entities.
I believe Yahuah has a plan for you and once he's put you on sound solid ground your testimony will be a light unto others so that they can call upon the Set-Apart Name of Yahuah as well.
"Less eating" how about we call it Fasting and its through Fasting that we can get closer to Yahuah. When we fast, it gives us power over our flesh. So, continue to seek the face of Yahuah --- pray fervently. Deny any and ALL negative thoughts in the MIGHTY name of Yahusha and you will know the peace of Yahuah!!

Know that the enemy wouldn't be attacking you if Yahuah didn't have a plan and a purpose for you. Continue praying, wait for his answers and ask him to order your steps and guide your paths!! Immerse yourself in his word, with it you will have the strength needed to battle the Evil One and tricks!!

For in the multitude of dreams and many words there are also divers vanities: but fear you Yahuah".

We fear not this world or the plans of the adversary but stand firm in our decision for greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. My prayer is that the Most High will use us in the same mighty way He is using you. I also pray to find other called-out ones for fellowship.

I'm in Louisiana and as of right now, we don't physically gather but hopefully one day Yahuah will make that happen.
It is apart of the Word of Yahuah that I observe his "Appointed Time" or days/Yum!! The next one that is coming is the Feast of Weeks on July 15th in the 4th Scriptural month which begins on 6/20/2023.
