- When I wrote this song I believed YAHUSHA Was YAHUAH. However, after much reconsideration and Prayer I believe, I have come to the conclusion that they are different. I might be remaking this song. I am unsure if I should leave this song up. However, in the meantime I wanted to leave an explanation to some of The Lyrics. Much love and Shalum. Forgive me.

Always remember we must repent of our sins (sin is transgression The Law Of Yahuah The Father in Heaven. The Law are The Books: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, & Deuteronomy). We must repent of our sins and Have Belief On Yahusha The Messiah. HE Died and Rose three days later so that we can be forgiven of our sins!

Shalum, I love you. I believe even with different understandings on The Name that we are siblings. I used to say yeshua as well. However, yeshua is the Aramaic way to say HIS NAME, not Hebrew. This was something I learned a little later in my walk. In the concordance under jesus you will see of Hebrew origin יהושע. However yeshua is Aramaic and would be spelled ישוע. Hope this helps. I love this song and I see this is a year late but, I did not get any sense of your former belief when I heard this. Only when I read your description did I see your testimony of err that I became aware of that and like I said, I don't hear that in this song. I just thought you were giving praise to the Father for His Son when you sang His name. Also I understand how some can be confused when they interpret scripture especially John 10:30 " I and the Father are one". And when He says " He who has seen me has seen the Father" John 14:9. But just as we today we say, we are one mind and one love or one in messiah that doesn't imply literally we are one person but ahad in all without disagreement.
Hebrew is a very heavy and poetic language
that is often misunderstood because so many words have double meanings positive and negative and similar sounds blending into one another making the language even more confusing. A point to take advantage for those who choose to interpret it for their own gain. i.e. sharing some deep insight only they understand. but if we let The Word interpret scripture rather than our own understanding we will be given the light of Truth as 1John 2:27 says 'but the anointing which you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that any one should teach you; as His anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie, just as it has taught you, abide in Him. " and All scripture is breathed out by Elohim / Alohym and profitable for teaching , for reproof, for setting straight in Tzedek, that the eesh Elohim might be fitted, equipped for every tov work.
Lastly please be careful with trying to understand Hebrew meanings of words, there are a lot of people who think they know Hebrew just because they think they know the Name of יהוה and go around teaching others what they think is right. Ancient Hebrew is ancient and all we have today is Yiddish, guesses and faith at best. As a producer and fellow musician I understand how something small like changing a word in lyrics can drastically alter the life and feel of a song. So you have my condolences in that endeavor to change it.

Now ask yourself if Yahuah and Yahusha were the correct names why was noahide laws passed to eliminate "idolaters" who follow Christ? What's the reason? If you keep following these unsourced names, you will fail. Let no man deceive you. If Yahuah and Yahusha were the correct names, they would ask about those names, not Jesus... As for the scripture, Either scripture is accurate or you can't trust it. Trusting some parts while claiming others don't count is deceiving yourself...
Leviticus 17:11 according to the rituals you follow, there is only 1 way for you to be saved... keeping the entire law 613 Laws plus 1 blood Sacrifices.
There is no update. Even the Rabbis dont have a legitimate answer for this using Torah, that's why they wrote an entirely different set of rules in the Talmud.
The same group of people have inundated our country, through the media and news, hatred and division... so they can foment a war and reap the rewards. Galatians, Colossians and Thessalonians, and Revelation warns about these deceptions. The Laws, Sabbath, Different Gospels, The Synagogue of Satan.
Shalum beloved, thank you for commenting and sharing and I believe you when you say you share out of love and not gain. I believe you make valid points about the name jesus being more well known. However, I would say that The Name YAHUSHA Is becoming known as we enter closer to the last days. For me when I Read Matthew 7:21-23, it seems there are many who might have a surface level relationship with HIM But don’t truly know HIM. They are casting out demons, they are doing many mighty works, they are prophesying in HIS NAME, however because they were Lawless (The Greek says without mosaic law) that HE Never Knew them.
I would say that regardless of who hates us it doesn’t really prove a name because I believe we will all have different names but The Same Person (Messiah). For me I know siblings who say Jesus, Yeshua, Yahshua, etc but they all have The Same Messiah in mind and I believe all of us will be hated and persecuted the same when the time comes for our Belief in The Son and Messiah. I would say that they would come after us more for our Beliefs and ideals and what we refuse to do during this time but again it hasn’t happened yet so none of us truly know the fullness. The persecution could be more subtle, it could be over refusal to take a mark or a refusal to do something that might seem secular on the surface but spiritually is persecution because we are choosing Messiah and HIS Ways but not being explicitly told that’s the reason why. I believe the name jesus isn’t 500 years old yet because of the letter J, which is a common argument but true before that it was iesous it seems but these are transliterations of The Name HE Was actually called, יהושע when you check a KJV concordance for the name jesus you will see of Hebrew Origin יהושע which some believe says yehoshua if you choose to use the maesoretic vowel points but if you choose not to use those niqqud marks after learning the history behind them then you will see HIS NAME Is YAHUSHA. I hope this helps. I don’t believe persecution is the best way to determine The Right Name as I truly believe a lot of a persecutors will not be very learned in The Ways Of The Father. I believe regardless of what Name we have, as long as we are speaking of The Same Person and Striving for The Same Righteousness Prescribed in The Bible, we will be hated and persecuted. It seems most of us if not all will go through it despite our small or big differences as a Body/Community. More reason to stick together and love one another.
I also wanted to say there is no such thing as the 613 laws. This is a rabbinical created by a “rabbi” (call no man rabbi). Contrary to what many believe (I used to believe this too before I was made aware) Judaism and following The Torah/Law are two different things. The 613 is rabbinical and they should be thrown out. When reading just The Law and The Prophets there are far less than 613. Many being things christians already do. Of course eating clean, The Sabbath (One Of The 10 Commandments), etc are some of the things christians don’t desire to do mainly because of their interpretations of The Epistles of Paul even though Peter warns us many twist his letters unto their own destruction so do not be carried away with their error of lawlessness (similar to what The Messiah told that group of people HE Never Knew). I truly believe that we should repent of sin and Believe. The Law shows us what sin is,
1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
Romans 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
One thing I find interesting beloved brother is that our doing and teaching of The Law and Prophets will affect our ranking in The Kingdom. If The Law was done away with then why would our future status be affect if we don’t do and Teach The Law & The Prophets.
(Some say this is just speaking of The 10 Commandments but when Messiah says The Law & The Prophets I believe HE Is saying all of The Tanak/Old Testament).
