Looks very good, so hot in NC. My tomatoes are ripe so bunch of salads and BLT sandwiches, too hot for hot food. Thanks for sharing!
I hope you enjoy this with the hot weather in NC. Its the perfect dinner on a hot day. It has been in the 100's here in the Pacific Northwest too. 😊
@@InTheKitchenWithDinah the humidity is what’s so oppressive but I have a log cabin in the mountains a couple hours away and 20 degrees cooler with low humidity so when the forecast is bad I escape the heat for a week or so.
