Played a dozen games today and lost all but three, taking 1st in all but one match. I have a 57%winrate, but Wargaming just keeps giving me terrible teammates as of late. Sometimes that's just the way the dice rolls. Matchmaking algorithm is built around keeping everyone as close to 50% as possible. Side note: please stop YOLOing straight away. 99% of the time you're just handicapping your own team.
I totally get where you’re coming from. I was up to a 54% WR, bad teammates for two days straight killed it. I came in either top spot or top three each time. I definitely believe you’re right on the algorithm.
There's a loss loop. I'm convinced of it. I might have to do some statistics to show it, but if you get several losses in a row, then you are start to be paired with others who are on a losing streak. Some of those on the losing streak are bad players. You then will get stuck in that algorithm loop of being paired with players who have just lost or have several losses. To get out of it you have to get top three in the loss several times or get lucky by having a team that pulls off a win. Then you break the cycle. I can't prove it right now, but I believe this is what's going on.
@@funkrates4778 %100 agree and I think war gaming pays attention to TH-camrs and doesn't put them in the same. I watched decoy clan in a tier 8 in tier 10 match up and was snap shooting super heavy and e4 and getting full pin every shot.. its impossible. Not even aiming, lol how do I get that good?
@@funkrates4778 I found another way to pass this loop quickly. If you are in a losing streak - choose a few tanks from your garage (better premiums). Remove all equipments. Then start the game. Move your tank to the center of the map. Die quickly. Pick another tank. Move again to the center of the map. Die quickly again. Continue doing this until you pass this loop. Then you can play usual games.
honestly, this is true. It's very obvious that matchmaking simply puts those who spend the most money together and matches them against targetdummies. They actively try to make the game as frustrating as possible for those who don't spend money or spend very little money, to push you into paying more...
Best advice I was ever given is "Play tanks you're good at" - Which sounds self evident but, it's true! I looked at all my tanks both owned and sold, and looked at the win rates. Now I focus on playing tanks with 60%+ win rate, and many of them surprised me. My light tanks play is clearly poor as far as team wins, my win rates are low. I do better in some heavies, particularly Defender 252U and of all things, Object 777 II . My Hellcat is my best at 66% so I started looking at similar TDs that play like the Hellcat, and some fast mediums I do well in too. As for the rest I'd say its all about map knowledge and awareness (where to go, what to win, where the enemy will be) shooting skill (watch the good players in videos: they're getting shots out but not taking many hits back, because they use cover, get hull down, side scrape etc) and lastly, support team mates! Never mind the idiot who Yolos, he's useless to you, but if there's a 3v4 gunfight nearby, get in and make it 4v4. Watch what's going on around you and help, win that corner, win that town, turn that flank etc... You will always have good teams and bad teams and a lot of mediocre ones, that's just the game as it is. But since applying the above, especially finding tanks I'm good in, my win rate % has gone up by a whole point so, something must be working. Great video 'clipsmeister! Keep em coming
I like to play a few games in a tank to find out what sucks the most about it before I spent silver on the upgrades. Generally it’s always view finder, loader, and gun laying drive, but sometimes you get a tank that’s just dreadfully slow or a sniper with abysmal concealment.
People who dont know how to play the game will bring every single tank to the same spot on on every map regardless of what tank type they are in and even beyond that some heavys play moe like mediums or have bad gun depression so you cant play it where youd play your american tanks. Like youve gotta figure out the maps and how different locations make different tanks good and or bad. Learning where you can go to get really early damage(this seperates good players from great players) When its time to get out/put pressure on your side of the map. For the live of god defend your base when youve won your side of the map( this will win you way more games)
Spot on E. Hull down and side scraping. These are my biggest vulnerabilitys. One would think after 7 years on console I'd remember these tactics before I died. LoL
Small element of truth in what you say. Fact is that it is the matchmaker, it is designed to keep as many players in and around the 50% win rate range. So many times I used to lose 15-16 games in a row through no fault of my own except for shitty team mates but do 6-7k dmg, then maybe win 14-15 on the bounce and hardly do any dmg in those games. And so my win rate stayed at just over 50% no matter how hard I tried. The whole game is just rigged to frustrate players and for them to come back and play more.
The game has changed. It’s almost impossible to control your own win rate anymore without playing with teammates. When your team is down three tanks within the first 30 seconds or one side of the map is overrun it’s hard to prevent a loss. And it’s clear that the more you win recently the worse teams you’re going to be matched with.
My win rate is 62% with super uni wn8. I've returned after 2 years, doing more damage, more accurately than I use to, my recent wins are about 52%. The teams are the absolute worst I have ever seen.
When you get that awful team and can't win no matter what aha, great to hear your opinions on winning more, it's all about the winning mentality! Hopefully can get my win rate up in the next few weeks!
One thing I find that helps is to think about the reason you’re playing the tank. I used to almost never fire gold and would end up throwing the game unintentionally since I couldn’t pen higher tier tanks. Now I just think of winning and dealing damage regardless of silver cost. I can always make that silver back with a premium. Btw, I find that the T34, patriot, and atomic to be my best silver makers. Maybe that could be a future video. “Best silver makers” at all tiers since some people just can’t spend the money on a tier 8.
Hello Eclipse I'm new to your channel and I've been playing World of Tanks console for about two years now and I'm an okay ish player but I still struggle with knowing how to use certain tanks as for example a med I try to play it as a support tank to try helping other meds and heavies but when I play a td I do good. I watch your videos on how to get better or tips and tricks that will make anyone a bit of a better player and they give great advice but is there any other advice and or tips that may help as well if so are they in your other videos.
Ahhh i remember being a noob when W.O.T. first came to console. I watched the mighty jingles and quicky baby to learn the game even tho they're on pc it still was very informative for a new player. As long as i been playing i enjoy your content the most for console your always informative for new and old players. Keep up the good work man

Unfortunately in a lot of my games. Too many players don't take any risks at all and sit at the back playing at sniper all game, don't move anywhere to help anyone but themselves, they usually do nothing or occasionally do a lot of damage, but its all selfish damage. And it doesn't matter how good you are you are very unlikely winning those games.. Fri 11th of June - 1hr play session before work, 5 games . (rounding damage numbers) 1500 + 3 kills = loss. 4 campers, inc 2 top tier heavies 2200 - 2 kills = loss 4 campers, inc 1 heavy 1100 - 1 kill = loss 5 campers inc 2 heavies 2800 - 4 kills = win 2 campers 650 - 0 kills = loss 7 campers inc 5 heavies silly me was the only one who moved up the map while the rest camped hill. my damage was 3rd in team 11 other players had 500 or less as they got constantly spotted by more aggressive players and arty bombed to death. Its clear to me that the camping lately is real bad and the one game where pretty much everyone played the "GAME" we won easy. U used to have a not great but decent win rate 2yrs a go at 55%, and damage & kills ratio about the same.- But now its just average at around 50% for all. Too many players getting their participation medals in recent times i feel.

After watching the video, I fully agree with all points, even the one about people "who say idiot temmates are why" lol. I would only add that playing in a platoon with friends, especially if they are better than you will help you immensly. This has drastically improved my win rate and taught me how to play various map positions.
I can testify for a fact that your videos helped to improve my game . I don't always play properly and muck about often but those times I do play properly I used to get annoyed that the tanks couldn't do what I asked of them. Having you point out what not to do, even though it sounds obvious really helped and the gameplay maps, hints and tips have helped immensely. Since watching your vids and following stats on wotstars iv watched my wintate go steadily up . 90 day 52%, 60 day 53%, 30 day almost 56%.. My base was 47% now almost 49%. It's never going to be great as iv played almost 20k games in 535 tanks in just over 1 year. Iv even started trying to take less hits and Iv removed some spall liners from vehicles I thought couldn't function without them. Anyway just wanna say thanks and keep up the great work.👍
Rare occasions I'm last man standing...? I have games where my..team mates all commit suicide before the battle's half over. In some one of my ..team mates seems to dislike my tank and spends a few minutes of his time shooting at me and crashing into me..I had one spent the entire game doing that.! What is wrong with some people? Anyhoo I wanted to ask was that first replay Cao Bang? Looked like it except it seemed bigger..parts of it I've never seen..I've seen a replay of another map that was far more expansive..Do the maps open out more in higher tiers? Also as I play on xbox I can NEVER get my tanks to manoeuvre anything like I see on these you tube replays. Damn things refuse to reverse in a straight line or traverse properly..usually ending up with either the front or backside of it presenting a nice target to the enemy tanker..any thoughts? Also I look at the map, no enemy tanks behind..or to my left .or right. I move out and..WALLOP. From more than one direction where there was no sign of anything when I looked. Does Dr Who drop tanks from his Tardis right on my doorstep or do others have that issue? Maybe he thinks I'm a Dalek..? Twit. And they are not that far away to be out of my vision range. Star trek cloaking device... One thing that really annoys me is people parking their damn tank right in front of mine so all I can shoot is them..and they nick my kill. OR they simply shove me out the way..one pratt even pushed me off a cliff...I mean really..!! I have stopped playing cold war as much as well..If I see airfield..Cowie bang or egg fried wine as I call it one more bloody time..often enough the same map again after I just played it. good tip video but you miss a point (RNG) if you become good player rng will be against you +25% for the bad player and -15% for the good player this is how WG reward you when you become good
I'm an old man I'm 40 years old I've been gaming my whole life this game is by far the hardest for new people to play that I've ever played in this game for new people is like fighting Mike Tyson in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out as soon as you turn it on get your ass knocked out real quick
The argument of losing silver for spending equipment is that you have to spend that 1.5m for each individual tank. Then WG sells or gives away all of these premiums that you have to spend equipment on, then grind for 10s of battles to make that silver back. The most I'd ever have is 3m then I'd either have to choose to not play anything different or go back below 1m.
As a former HUSSAR I adopt the Lancers motto when playing the game these day's. Death or glory. The games broken, and I'm not a stat whore so for me, I'd rather get in the battle and deal as much damage as possible before being blown up.
Have this happening to me now actually. I was winning constantly for a few days straight for the JAGDPANZER E 100 event, researched and bought it when it was on sale. Take a break for 2 days, come back and it’s constantly shoving my face in the mud constantly, where most of my team dies in 2 minutes lol
funny you mention the winrate and mine was literally 92% last night. not saying i had that much effect on the outcomes but 1 loss in like 15 games is unusual
Great advice there dude, have a 51% but it NEVER moves lol, have a few good games and then I am sure the rng just decides I'll loose a few ro balance it out 🤣 whole team dead in 2 mins for few rounds.
While I would agree with the tips for improving one's own self, I feel that this, in of itself, doesn't specifically improve one's win percentage. Just earlier today I played a TD (still leveling) with 16 hits. Only 4 did damage in a game where most players only got about 5 rounds even fired, let alone pinned. It's my understanding that they want players to sit around 50% win rate so while I have no recorded data to "prove" otherwise, it definitely feels like the game handicaps my performance. Often placing me on teams destined for complate destruction. When playing late at night with low tier tanks, the game fills the teams up with NPCs (wicked good at snap shoting), so I only have about 2 players on my team vs 3 real players on the other team. It's these kind of matches where I feel my performance isn't handicapped by my team and I can generally start pulling better than 50% wins and I can compensate for poor tank performance due to being nerfed for my historical performance.
Be realistic, if you don't buy tanks, premium time big consumables etc, RNG will determine you have a bad game, or lose. RNG decides when your shots bounce Don't lie to people, why you think so many people have left, RNG, take that away and loads of ppl wld come back.

Any news on the commander issue, unless I've missed something I can't recruit new 2d commanders from any nation like we used to be able to do.pretty much got every other commander assigned to a tank in my garage.

Yesterday in the cue and got to 2:50 and went back to garage did this three times in a row and on the fourth go waited 10 seconds boom in a match full and I mean full of bots, 7x t49’s lol and they had all mediums????? My bots barely got a shot in and the opposite side smashed us lol 😂 I turned it off and will try again today great vid as per usual mate👌👍
Good information only issue i find is unpredictable stupid players who either lemon train one way also ignoring their own base being capped sound for the whole time. You say stop playing bad tanks but you have to play them in order to grind up the tech tree. I wish could have 9 skills crews and equipment on all my tanks, my best crews have 6-7 skills but not enough xp or silver.
Why don't you win? Matchmaking +2/-2 and you are lowest tier, pay-to-win players spamming premium ammo, and the joke that is tank balancing in this game. So 48% is about that a good player should expect. Game is just so bad right now.
Only noobs spend gold on premium ammo. I use premium ammo by the truckload, but I've never spent a single coin of gold on it. I do pretty well, even at bottom tier. Btw, you should play this weekend because it's +1/-1 matchmaking.
Seems like WoT is like pro wrestling. Winners are predetermined. Some games you can pen anything with standard ammo 4 games in a row, then 10 games in a row you cant pen anything with standard OR premium and catch on fire 10 games in a row 2-3 times per match. Seems very evident in cold war. Or same module breaking repeatedly 4 games in a row one shot after another. Like you were meant to lose these games.
Can’t frustrate the player base with wins so losing is the name of this game. A few players break through and get a bit better than the average player but for the most part it’s a free to play but pay to win platform. I won’t call it a game as a game is designed to allow the players to have a decent or even enjoyable experience but this platform is designed to do one thing and one thing only, put money into WOTC pockets. Period.

I just seen from wot European update that they will make updates/ balancing to the CDC and IS-6 and some others, this might be PC European first, u will know.. After almost completing the last/current season pass with the gold I eventually purchased after 3 years the non skinned CDC (I have black CDC)., With all that's gone wrong since November last year with WOT console I'm 🙏 that they make adjustments to the CDC as I always hoped they would. I'm now getting very often in top ten and again often coming 3rd to 1st as I used too.. Keep well dude...🌞🙏👍

Kinda wish there was lesser matches with less players so it wasn’t so team play heavy. I was on Cold War yesterday and all three of our light tanks ramped down a cliff and died and left our team outmatched thanks to it.

Winrate its cheat. Wargaming manipulates it. In last six months I’ve been losing 60-70% of battles because am not playing seriously as I used to and still have a very bad match making but my winrate is freezing on 51%. THIS GAME IS BULLSHIT !!!
I'd say making sure you pre aim for when they come towards you, make sure your already moving in the direction so you can hit them as soon as they try to out traverse you, always move the Hull and the turret at the same time in the same direction and always if possible put your back up against a wall or object so they can't just circle around you!
Yes, brilliant tip 5. Hope more players pay attention to this, I always look at the ally/enemy composition before I decide where to go. Too many players have this ‘one position’ mind set that I now lovingly call ‘the PK4 gang’ . As if they played chess I imagine they would play the same first move regardless of what their opponent opened with.
Because if your team dies too quickly in 1 flank and you and maybe 2 players left on the team is at the other ,,, your screwed, nothing much you can do,, world of tank requires a team and that brings victory not the tank on its own,,,,,, if most players on your team is very bad and trash then your chances of victory is very very very slim,, so that's why the best solution I say is to do a lot of damage in a battle rather then winning, because 1 tank can't win on its own,,, unless your extremely lucky but that's very very rare,,, WR means nothing because that stats just depends on what team the game throws you in,

Yeah i mean its nothing new but it does seem to be happening even in t8-10 now that people are able to completely bypass the techtree and purchase higher tier tanks. The amount of strv heavies ive seen in sniper positions is laughable
As someone who plays all tiers, I can tell you that the camping is at its worst above tier 8. The amount of camping is ridiculous at tier 9 & 10. People just don't do it as much at the lower tiers.

Because of quality match making. Only time not bottom tier is when I'm in tier 10. I'm in tier 7 do I see tier 5 no me and one other tier 7 and the rest are mainly 8 and 9 😂.... Team 4 or 5 tanks down in first 2 mins. Match making rubbish. Up against imlts or plebs, in tanks a tier or two higher. Then you get rng. Only reason is march making and team mate's. On occasion got into bad position where expected to out spot and not the case and sometimes when thought hull down and not. And the biggest issue for a game called world of tanks the never ending arty. Get rid of plus minus 2 and arty. Then the game would be ok, even with the op tanks.

Guys I have come back to the game after 4 years of not playing it please don't £$%& on me too much. The maps somehow feel different and stuff is just not the same.
Why you dont win on World of tanks, becouse some players can fire 6 shots in succession with 1850 armour? What tank is that anyway? Still you lucky you were on a winning team, and no im not one to blame my team for everything but if im the last one left against 7 to 14 something is fucked up with the matching.
Easy answer Eclipse, wargaming are incompetent turds that can't balance the game or probably even a checkbook, I shutter to think how they file their taxes, every game is a blowout, no close games, how can I improve my win percentage when every game is either 0-10, 0-11, 0-15 etc. and the games I do win are the same numbers. Secondly, at higher tiers it's impossible to move, everyone camps and when you go forward you get spotted and bombarded to death in 5 seconds. Thirdly, the Russian bias is to the point where either play Russian tank or lose. And finally, I lack patience, I can't sit around and wait for enemies, I have to do something and I charge forward which gets me killed.
WOT console is just a chaotic, gong ho, wild, wild west shootout. Most times EVERYONE just heads to one side of the map & bullrishes through. It's just not entertaining or skill oriented.
Why???? Because if you don't use premium, you can't pen.... 85% of hit ratio,and not more than 100 hit points per shot is my average. I just stopped to play it.
Just to add, i am not shooting in front of heavies or something.... allows looking for weak spots, but, WoT just don't allow me made more damage in my tier VIII that 90% of games are/was playing against X

I’m a 59% player and if you don’t think there’s an algorithm that screws you then I believe you fall into the bad category that I just stated ! You’re telling me that if I follow these tips I’ll get better ? Yeah , no ! Get good scrub cause you do exactly what my vacuum does ! Watching this a year or so later makes me realise I miss playing Cao Bang in WW2. The short time it was part of the mode I thoroughly enjoyed.

Small element of truth in what you say. Fact is that it is the matchmaker, it is designed to keep as many players in and around the 50% win rate range. So many times I used to lose 15-16 games in a row through no fault of my own except for shitty team mates but do 6-7k dmg, then maybe win 14-15 on the bounce and hardly do any dmg in those games. And so my win rate stayed at just over 50% no matter how hard I tried. The whole game is just rigged to frustrate players and for them to come back and play more.
The game has changed. It’s almost impossible to control your own win rate anymore without playing with teammates. When your team is down three tanks within the first 30 seconds or one side of the map is overrun it’s hard to prevent a loss. And it’s clear that the more you win recently the worse teams you’re going to be matched with.
Sometimes it's shitty teammates. Sometimes you think it's shitty teammates but you just got outplayed. It's true.
Mine win rate 48%. No matter how I playing. It's keeps 48% for at last 6 months.
My win rate is 62% with super uni wn8. I've returned after 2 years, doing more damage, more accurately than I use to, my recent wins are about 52%. The teams are the absolute worst I have ever seen.
When you get that awful team and can't win no matter what aha, great to hear your opinions on winning more, it's all about the winning mentality! Hopefully can get my win rate up in the next few weeks!
i do agree but i have more of a do damage than winning mentality. winning can be boring. ill do just about everything in my power to avoid capping
One thing I find that helps is to think about the reason you’re playing the tank. I used to almost never fire gold and would end up throwing the game unintentionally since I couldn’t pen higher tier tanks. Now I just think of winning and dealing damage regardless of silver cost. I can always make that silver back with a premium.
Btw, I find that the T34, patriot, and atomic to be my best silver makers. Maybe that could be a future video. “Best silver makers” at all tiers since some people just can’t spend the money on a tier 8.
Hello Eclipse I'm new to your channel and I've been playing World of Tanks console for about two years now and I'm an okay ish player but I still struggle with knowing how to use certain tanks as for example a med I try to play it as a support tank to try helping other meds and heavies but when I play a td I do good. I watch your videos on how to get better or tips and tricks that will make anyone a bit of a better player and they give great advice but is there any other advice and or tips that may help as well if so are they in your other videos.
Ahhh i remember being a noob when W.O.T. first came to console. I watched the mighty jingles and quicky baby to learn the game even tho they're on pc it still was very informative for a new player. As long as i been playing i enjoy your content the most for console your always informative for new and old players. Keep up the good work man

Unfortunately in a lot of my games. Too many players don't take any risks at all and sit at the back playing at sniper all game, don't move anywhere to help anyone but themselves, they usually do nothing or occasionally do a lot of damage, but its all selfish damage. And it doesn't matter how good you are you are very unlikely winning those games..
Fri 11th of June - 1hr play session before work, 5 games . (rounding damage numbers)
1500 + 3 kills = loss. 4 campers, inc 2 top tier heavies
2200 - 2 kills = loss 4 campers, inc 1 heavy
1100 - 1 kill = loss 5 campers inc 2 heavies
2800 - 4 kills = win 2 campers
650 - 0 kills = loss 7 campers inc 5 heavies
silly me was the only one who moved up the map while the rest camped hill.
my damage was 3rd in team 11 other players had 500 or less as they got constantly spotted by more aggressive players and arty bombed to death.
Its clear to me that the camping lately is real bad and the one game where pretty much everyone played the "GAME" we won easy.
U used to have a not great but decent win rate 2yrs a go at 55%, and damage & kills ratio about the same.- But now its just average at around 50% for all.
Too many players getting their participation medals in recent times i feel.

After watching the video, I fully agree with all points, even the one about people "who say idiot temmates are why" lol. I would only add that playing in a platoon with friends, especially if they are better than you will help you immensly. This has drastically improved my win rate and taught me how to play various map positions.

I don't always play properly and muck about often but those times I do play properly I used to get annoyed that the tanks couldn't do what I asked of them. Having you point out what not to do, even though it sounds obvious really helped and the gameplay maps, hints and tips have helped immensely.
Since watching your vids and following stats on wotstars iv watched my wintate go steadily up . 90 day 52%, 60 day 53%, 30 day almost 56%..
My base was 47% now almost 49%. It's never going to be great as iv played almost 20k games in 535 tanks in just over 1 year. Iv even started trying to take less hits and Iv removed some spall liners from vehicles I thought couldn't function without them.

Rare occasions I'm last man standing...? I have games where my..team mates all commit suicide before the battle's half over.
In some one of my ..team mates seems to dislike my tank and spends a few minutes of his time shooting at me and crashing into me..I had one spent the entire game doing that.! What is wrong with some people?
Anyhoo I wanted to ask was that first replay Cao Bang? Looked like it except it seemed bigger..parts of it I've never seen..I've seen a replay of another map that was far more expansive..Do the maps open out more in higher tiers?
Also as I play on xbox I can NEVER get my tanks to manoeuvre anything like I see on these you tube replays. Damn things refuse to reverse in a straight line or traverse properly..usually ending up with either the front or backside of it presenting a nice target to the enemy tanker..any thoughts?
Also I look at the map, no enemy tanks behind..or to my left .or right. I move out and..WALLOP. From more than one direction where there was no sign of anything when I looked. Does Dr Who drop tanks from his Tardis right on my doorstep or do others have that issue? Maybe he thinks I'm a Dalek..? Twit.

One thing that really annoys me is people parking their damn tank right in front of mine so all I can shoot is them..and they nick my kill. OR they simply shove me out the way..one pratt even pushed me off a cliff...I mean really..!!
I have stopped playing cold war as much as well..If I see airfield..Cowie bang or egg fried wine as I call it one more bloody time..often enough the same map again after I just played it. Have they not got more battlefields for God's sake.

I'm an old man I'm 40 years old I've been gaming my whole life this game is by far the hardest for new people to play that I've ever played in this game for new people is like fighting Mike Tyson in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out as soon as you turn it on get your ass knocked out real quick

The argument of losing silver for spending equipment is that you have to spend that 1.5m for each individual tank. Then WG sells or gives away all of these premiums that you have to spend equipment on, then grind for 10s of battles to make that silver back. The most I'd ever have is 3m then I'd either have to choose to not play anything different or go back below 1m.
As a former HUSSAR I adopt the Lancers motto when playing the game these day's. Death or glory.
The games broken, and I'm not a stat whore so for me, I'd rather get in the battle and deal as much damage as possible before being blown up.
Have this happening to me now actually. I was winning constantly for a few days straight for the JAGDPANZER E 100 event, researched and bought it when it was on sale. Take a break for 2 days, come back and it’s constantly shoving my face in the mud constantly, where most of my team dies in 2 minutes lol

funny you mention the winrate and mine was literally 92% last night. not saying i had that much effect on the outcomes but 1 loss in like 15 games is unusual

While I would agree with the tips for improving one's own self, I feel that this, in of itself, doesn't specifically improve one's win percentage.
Just earlier today I played a TD (still leveling) with 16 hits. Only 4 did damage in a game where most players only got about 5 rounds even fired, let alone pinned.
It's my understanding that they want players to sit around 50% win rate so while I have no recorded data to "prove" otherwise, it definitely feels like the game handicaps my performance. Often placing me on teams destined for complate destruction.
When playing late at night with low tier tanks, the game fills the teams up with NPCs (wicked good at snap shoting), so I only have about 2 players on my team vs 3 real players on the other team.
It's these kind of matches where I feel my performance isn't handicapped by my team and I can generally start pulling better than 50% wins and I can compensate for poor tank performance due to being nerfed for my historical performance.
Be realistic, if you don't buy tanks, premium time big consumables etc, RNG will determine you have a bad game, or lose. RNG decides when your shots bounce
Don't lie to people, why you think so many people have left, RNG, take that away and loads of ppl wld come back.
Tip #6: Be aware of your terrain and try not to rollover (timestamp 4:43). Ha!

Any news on the commander issue, unless I've missed something I can't recruit new 2d commanders from any nation like we used to be able to do.pretty much got every other commander assigned to a tank in my garage.

Yesterday in the cue and got to 2:50 and went back to garage did this three times in a row and on the fourth go waited 10 seconds boom in a match full and I mean full of bots, 7x t49’s lol and they had all mediums????? Good information only issue i find is unpredictable stupid players who either lemon train one way also ignoring their own base being capped sound for the whole time. You say stop playing bad tanks but you have to play them in order to grind up the tech tree. I wish could have 9 skills crews and equipment on all my tanks, my best crews have 6-7 skills but not enough xp or silver.
Why don't you win? Matchmaking +2/-2 and you are lowest tier, pay-to-win players spamming premium ammo, and the joke that is tank balancing in this game. So 48% is about that a good player should expect. Game is just so bad right now.
Only noobs spend gold on premium ammo. I use premium ammo by the truckload, but I've never spent a single coin of gold on it. I do pretty well, even at bottom tier.
Btw, you should play this weekend because it's +1/-1 matchmaking.

Seems like WoT is like pro wrestling. Winners are predetermined. Some games you can pen anything with standard ammo 4 games in a row, then 10 games in a row you cant pen anything with standard OR premium and catch on fire 10 games in a row 2-3 times per match. Seems very evident in cold war. Or same module breaking repeatedly 4 games in a row one shot after another. Like you were meant to lose these games.
Can’t frustrate the player base with wins so losing is the name of this game. A few players break through and get a bit better than the average player but for the most part it’s a free to play but pay to win platform. I won’t call it a game as a game is designed to allow the players to have a decent or even enjoyable experience but this platform is designed to do one thing and one thing only, put money into WOTC pockets. Period.

I just seen from wot European update that they will make updates/ balancing to the CDC and IS-6 and some others, this might be PC European first, u will know.. After almost completing the last/current season pass with the gold I eventually purchased after 3 years the non skinned CDC (I have black CDC)., With all that's gone wrong since November last year with WOT console I'm 🙏 that they make adjustments to the CDC as I always hoped they would. I'm now getting very often in top ten and again often coming 3rd to 1st as I used too.. Keep well dude...🌞🙏👍

Kinda wish there was lesser matches with less players so it wasn’t so team play heavy. I was on Cold War yesterday and all three of our light tanks ramped down a cliff and died and left our team outmatched thanks to it.
gave up even trying the matchmaking is fucking stupid is apparently my job to win every game kill like 4 or 5 tanks just to get jumped by the rest of red team can't even grind a free as I need to play 10s every game just so I can stand a chance .I'm honestly about five games away from felting this garbage

Hey random question here. I noticed on wot Xbox the t32 starting turret armor seems weak. Was it decreased recently? I don’t have it yet, so I can’t view the second turret upgrade. Any input would help thanks.
Fully upgraded, the T32 turret is even stronger than on the T29.

Winrate its cheat. Wargaming manipulates it. In last six months I’ve been losing 60-70% of battles because am not playing seriously as I used to and still have a very bad match making but my winrate is freezing on 51%. THIS GAME IS BULLSHIT !!!

I'd say making sure you pre aim for when they come towards you, make sure your already moving in the direction so you can hit them as soon as they try to out traverse you, always move the Hull and the turret at the same time in the same direction and always if possible put your back up against a wall or object so they can't just circle around you!

Yes, brilliant tip 5. Hope more players pay attention to this, I always look at the ally/enemy composition before I decide where to go. Too many players have this ‘one position’ mind set that I now lovingly call ‘the PK4 gang’ . As if they played chess I imagine they would play the same first move regardless of what their opponent opened with.
Because if your team dies too quickly in 1 flank and you and maybe 2 players left on the team is at the other ,,, your screwed, nothing much you can do,, world of tank requires a team and that brings victory not the tank on its own,,,,,, if most players on your team is very bad and trash then your chances of victory is very very very slim,, so that's why the best solution I say is to do a lot of damage in a battle rather then winning, because 1 tank can't win on its own,,, unless your extremely lucky but that's very very rare,,, WR means nothing because that stats just depends on what team the game throws you in,

Amen - if you choose to read a lengthy break down see my comment, as i see this happening so, so much lately and have given a small sample of my games in a 1hr play session.
Yeah i mean its nothing new but it does seem to be happening even in t8-10 now that people are able to completely bypass the techtree and purchase higher tier tanks. The amount of strv heavies ive seen in sniper positions is laughable
So many players have no clue the role their tank has to play in game, when to push when to keep in cover
As someone who plays all tiers, I can tell you that the camping is at its worst above tier 8. The amount of camping is ridiculous at tier 9 & 10. People just don't do it as much at the lower tiers.

Because of quality match making. Only time not bottom tier is when I'm in tier 10. I'm in tier 7 do I see tier 5 no me and one other tier 7 and the rest are mainly 8 and 9 😂.... Team 4 or 5 tanks down in first 2 mins. Match making rubbish. Up against imlts or plebs, in tanks a tier or two higher. Then you get rng. Only reason is march making and team mate's. On occasion got into bad position where expected to out spot and not the case and sometimes when thought hull down and not. And the biggest issue for a game called world of tanks the never ending arty. Get rid of plus minus 2 and arty. Then the game would be ok, even with the op tanks.

Or what if your in tier 8 in a tier 10 match and you get spotted for one second and you get splashed damage for %100 of your health by tier 10 arty! 🤮
A common occurrence I can assure you. T92 is a little bit broken in game splashing for 1000 consistently

Why you dont win on World of tanks, becouse some players can fire 6 shots in succession with 1850 armour? What tank is that anyway? Still you lucky you were on a winning team, and no im not one to blame my team for everything but if im the last one left against 7 to 14 something is fucked up with the matching.
Easy answer Eclipse, wargaming are incompetent turds that can't balance the game or probably even a checkbook, I shutter to think how they file their taxes, every game is a blowout, no close games, how can I improve my win percentage when every game is either 0-10, 0-11, 0-15 etc. and the games I do win are the same numbers. Secondly, at higher tiers it's impossible to move, everyone camps and when you go forward you get spotted and bombarded to death in 5 seconds. Thirdly, the Russian bias is to the point where either play Russian tank or lose. And finally, I lack patience, I can't sit around and wait for enemies, I have to do something and I charge forward which gets me killed.
WOT console is just a chaotic, gong ho, wild, wild west shootout. Most times EVERYONE just heads to one side of the map & bullrishes through. It's just not entertaining or skill oriented.
