I'm thinking of picking up a Scram or Himalayan 411 which are quite cheap at the moment either 2022 or 2023. Then giving it until next September to see how the new Himaarlian does after release. Like many I watched Norally's trip around India and it seem to do very well in her capable hands.
I'm a fan of RE & Triumph. I love the new Himalayan 450 but personally, I'm going to get a Triumph (not the 400) next and wait a few years for a Himalayan 450.
Looking at these UK prices for the 450 Himalayan it will more then likely be around $6700 USD here in the states a bit out of my budget sadly. The Triumph Scrambler 400x will be $5600 USD in the states which is within my budget so it's what I'm aiming for.
Today I did test ride of himalayan At the speed of 50 in sixth gear engine was knocking What is the minimum speed it can do in 5 and 6 gears I think most of the time we are going to be in 1 to 4th gear So with these only 4 gears can the mileage go down below 25

I have no doubt it will be a capable little bike, but like you say, probably best to give it a year so that any little niggles can be ironed out

You only havevto look closely at these two to see which has been built up to a quality and which has been built down to a price. We'll done RE.

No issues with mine so far. I have heard that they have a few little problems, but usually they're reliable
The RE has better quality finish all round. Like both though.
I found scrambler 400x having top notch build quality when compared to RE450... also scrambler 400x looks neat and beautiful
