Good test and improvement. Wish you’d do one more track test with it before converting to speed run setup. It would be good to see an apples to apples test with more similar track conditions. Not a big deal, bring on the speed. Thanks for sharing
Would love to get your opinion I bought a typhon 6s for the 1/8 track here in lake city Florida. I did all the upgrades you did but I have a lot bounce I noticed. The car bounce a lot going down the track it is very rough. What should I change??
What do you recommend for diff oil in front center and rear? stock is 7k 10k and 7k i believe. I know all track conditions are different, but what would you recommend to start or is the stock oil fine? What do you feel about people complaining that arrma only fills their diff halfway when brand new. Thanks for your channel!
Hi @DSC1320, we would recommend 20-50-10 for a 'general' setup (Bashing), and if you were racing 15-15-7 would be a really decent start but will depend on your track conditions. Hope that helps!
Nothing to change on this arrma, it's a solid leisure buggy, made for bashing, not track even if he's good on it. 6S is to much on a track, the servo is too low to bear the power. Interesting video👍
@@olaffedko4553 I have just bought my first rc car the senton and love it for bashing but im thinking of getting into racing on my local track , how do you find it to go on the 4s battery, thank mik
@@mikefish7313 on 4s it runs great! Most racing requires 4s batteries anyways. You have more control of your rc with 4s vs 6s. Plus you extend the life of your motor and Esc, less heat.
@@olaffedko4553 Thank you for making that point all the big brand companies with there expensive kits, im going to get one and do the mods like he did might even go far as changing the bearings the wing servo etc. Many things you can do...
Another great vid .. awesome looking track .. impressed with the Typhon.
Great vid and info👍

Sir race 15-15-7 means 15k cst ?
What happens if my shocks are too loose and I keep doing jumps what would take the most damage?
Hi @Chamoy is awsome, can you explain what you mean by loose? Do you mean to light in oil?
Yes like if the oil and shocks aren’t tight enough

FYI
Chamoy still waiting for an answer. Over one year in front of his computer waiting ...
Try with an arrma talion
Truggy spec, hmmm. May just have to do that

You can run it on 4s. And you can always run a different servo. I race mine on the track and does great. You don't need a big name buggy to do good
