Nice solution. I am wondering if het will have an effect on bass reproduction though since it is a pretty light material it could start to resonate with low frequencies.
Can you please provide information about the presumably rubber base under your rack i.e. type, cost, pros and cons, etc. Or, even better, make an informative video? Thanks in advance!
That is called polypress or bonded foam if I am right. It is used for sound and vibration isolation. Pressed flakes of polyether foam, can be had in different densities.
Great idea, well done..... 👍
Nice Idea, very well done, looks muuuuuch better now!
Much cleaner now 😉
Hoi ivar.
Wat een goed idee je ziet niet dat er ruimte tussen de achter wand zit.
Ziet er heel strak uit.
Gr André de vries.

wow nice tip 🙌
Looks good.
It seems the stand is way over damped sitting on a soft surface. You might lose some speed on transient attacks.

@@D1N02 Thank you!
@@D1N02 Correct. And pretty affordable. I had it left from a previous project.
Very clever!! I have a question for you… what are these things under your amplifier… are they isolators? Would they work for bookshelf speakers too?
